I had no intention of watching DWTS but I am now - I like Melissa and I love Shawn Johnson (&gymnastics). I think Melissa will do great anyway, even if she gets lots of sympathy votes. I don't care if she changed her mind about being on TV again. I have thousands of $$ in student loans - she won't have any worries about paying for college when she is ready. I think she made a good decision to capitalize on her popularity and get some $$ in the bank.

I got my People mag on Friday with Jason/Molly on the front cover and I can't stand looking at it. Go Melissa!!!! I just heard the news that Melissa is going to be on DWTS and I too am so excited and pleased for her. What a way to push those other two off the front page of the news. Their 15 minutes was over so long ago, they just need to break up and go their separate ways so we can not have to hear of them any more. Can't wait to see her dance! YAY!!!!!! Hope we get to enjoy her for many weeks in real time. And of course...what would FORT be without the delusion? I don't think she is doing it for fame. They needed someone immediately to replace Nancy O'Dell, and Melissa has enough dance experience to pick it up quickly. She only had a few days to practice before performing live Monday night Riiiiight.

Melissa wanted from reports nothing to do with the Bachelor show, after what happened. She was angry with the producers for using her that way, and so she turned down a lot of money to 1. Attend the second AFR 2. Do the Bacherette. I doubt when she turned these things down she thought she'd get offered Dancing. Which is a whole different show, that's really about dancing and not your personal life. I bet the "normal life" was just her way of saying I want done with the show....And I doubt she can say that while she's on contract so it became normal life. Yeah, it's about dancing. Not about your personal life. Therefore it's perfectly OK! ETA: Wtf at g.oddess being censored now?

The money stuff from a link at TWoP here. That may not be much money for a movie star, but for Melissa? Not bad for appearing on a fun show that will have people remembering her for more than being the jilted and cheated-on dumpee of a turd. I bet Molly is oh-so-very-pleased that she "won" Jason instead. And just when you thought it was over....

Then scummybags shows up on the set of DWTS and asks Mel to take him back (in front of the camera, of course), then he tries to lean in for a kiss and Mel sticks a high heel up his you know what while calling him a bastard. Ahhh, a girl can wish. pminn1608 -- OMG a FORT "Fanatic" who is a PRUDE!!! Any guesses as to how much she weighs? And Melissa flaunting her body around on yet her 3rd realty tv show. Geesh.
