Based on so many of his comments, I think Jason will pick Melissa.
He seems to have a saviour complex - he wants someone who will depend on him and he will save them.
He does not want someone independent who might leave him - Jillian is independent and strong, Molly relies on her family and is strong, so that leaves younger Melissa who has friends that look out for her and try to "save" her in a way. I really liked Melissa's friends. Thye seemed genuine and were honest with Jason about her past. It was almost like they were selling Jason on Melissa (not that he needed it so much) but I liked them anyway.
So I say Melissa will be marrying Jason. I do think the wedding will happen this time. She wants to be saved and that is what he is looking for. After that, who knows.
