I really like the concept of this show since it appeases my very short attention span. The talent tonight was a little lackluster and I hope that there are some better acts in the next three cities. There were very few acts if any that I thought, WOW they could win this.
The Rascals just weren't good. No real dynamics. The family from Branson reminded me of that family from last year and I have to agree with Piers. It's pretty good until you bring out the little kids--they're cute, but don't really add much. The girl puppeteer may have been a good ventriloquist for her age, but the act wasn't that entertaining. Fallon, the blonde guitarist that Dave and Piers were in love with, was pretty good, but has some strange vocals. Also--the flip flops gotta go...they're just not the right costume piece. Every time Sharon speaks, I think someone is joking around or doing a poor imitation. |

I wish they'd spent more time talking about the Jon Ramsey (without the cuteness) of putting FREAK make-up like that on a nine year old girl. That was DISTURBING, in a major way.

At my house in addition to America's Got Talent, I get an instant reply care of my 6 year old daughter doing her own version of almost every act that comes across the screen. Sometimes, she combines acts to squeeze them all in, like her faux ventriloquist act featuring a stuffed Angelina Ballerina and a CareBear while doing cartwheels.
I'm surprised this was two hours last night and was on so late. Since the kids enjoy this show far more than me and my husband, I planned on letting my kids stay up until 10, but 11 was just too late. |

Actually, it's on Tuesdays. Yesterday was a replay of the crapfest from last week.
Hope you enjoy it, I won't with Mr. X wearing out the button before the acts even do anything. Piers is a moron and should be relieved of his duties. Why do we have two non-Americans and one person who is more of a star in Europe judging a show about Americans talent? This whole concept is what gives reality TV a bad name!

did i see that idiot in the crowd who tries out for every talent show?? he has big lips. his name escapes me. but he tried out for idol and so you think you can dance (last year) i think hes from NY. on the dance auditions he wore fur coats. I wish i could remember his name, i do remember that for the idol auditions his name was on his shirt.
