I'm so ready for this season of one of the best, if not THE best, show on television. The first 2 seasons are the only things I've seen on TV that
have come close to matching Borneo.
Cool to have S3#4 here. RobRob, I know your post count started at 1, but were you here for the previous seasons (either lurking or under a different nic)? And what happened to your posts 14-104? Did you go crazy in another forum? |

Thanks for posting the links on your website, RobRob. I prefer to watch on my T.V., rather than my computer or laptop, but as a last resort I may have to settle for the links you provided. Same here. Watching stuff on my laptop gives me flashbacks to being trapped in bed for months, lol. And I have no idea how to hook my laptop up to my tv. |

Thanks 4 your concern #7, but those are not risky activities. Every police officer goes through intentional stun gunning, pepper spraying, tazing, etc.....
It's perfectly safe and good to know how it affects you, incase it ever happens to you, then you're prepared. I'll admit that skydiving is risky
but I'm saving that 4 the summer. :-)

I've never been tazered & never hope to & am not at all curious what it would be like, YIKES. I am very sensitive to electric shocks, they are NOT pleasant. I still have vivid memories of being about 7 or 8 years old & my mother (I use the term loosely for so many reasons) calling me out of bed in the middle of the night into her pitch black bedroom to request that I plug her heating pad in while she was too lazy to get her fat butt out of bed. I was not allowed to use any light, because it would disturb her. So, there I was feeling along the wall for the light socket. FOUND IT!!! And the pain of that shock remains with me to this day, it felt like my bones were going to explode. Electricity is only my friend when it is not in any way making contact with my body. I had an ex who was training in law enforcement and brought home the pepper spray and thought it would be funny to let out the smallest squirt in the living room. I cannot believe how strong that stuff is. It filled the whole house, making our eyes water, noses run -- stinging & burning. I felt really bad for the dog & cat who didn't understand what the heck was going on. Poor little things. Enjoy your experience with the pepper spray. Are you taking it in the face or just having it sprayed into the air? Either way, just be sure to protect the pets and make sure there are none in the vicinity. ;-) |

Okay, I'll retract my "perfectly safe." :-) However, I think the rare outcome of death is usually the result of the Taser. We're just testing our limits with the good old-fashioned stun gun. :-) My brother, my niece, my nephew, my sister-in-law, and I all did it multiple times and we're still alive and kicking. It was actually kind of fun and a lot of laughs and a good family bonding experience. :-) |
