For me, in the Susan/Mike/Katherine triangle, in terms of "rightness", I would rank it as Katherine > Susan > Mike. It's complicated
because Susan and Katherine are/were friends, so Katherine shouldn't be seeing Mike at all. So maybe Katherine should be behind Susan. Anyway, that said,
Mike is most wrong for me because he fought for custody then dumps his kid off with Katherine. If he has MJ three nights a week, he shouldn't work those
three nights no matter what. Why get custody if you're not going to follow through?

Orson must have stolen Andrew's pen to plant it somewhere ... somewhere that will incriminate Andrew in some wrongdoing and make him look bad so Bree will rethink her having given him so much responsibility and that nice raise. Regarding Susan/Mike/Katherine: Katherine hasn't done anything wrong at all. She's been tossed in the middle and is doing what she can for the kid, who is supposed to be the priority here. Susan is the one that needs to grow up. Mike most certainly makes more per hour as a plumber than Susan could ever hope to as a teacher's assistant. And if money is the big motivating factor here, then Susan needs to suck it up and accept that Mike will need to go to work when there's work to be done -- emergencies and all -- and be happy that MJ is going to Katherine's where he will be well looked after ... jealous or not ... get over it. |

All Mike had Katherine doing was PICKING him up. She didn't have him all night. He was just going to be late getting home that's all. There's
nothing wrong with it especially if it's not a regular thing. Susan was definitely being the most unreasonable.

Are you sure? Did they say that? It seemed to me that they showed two different occasions in less than a week when Mike was nowhere to be found and Katherine
was left taking care of MJ - making him food, cooking with him, etc. It didn't look to me like she was only picking MJ up. Maybe I need to pay attention
more.

Yeah. One time was just when MJ went over to get a panini when SUSAN was supposed to be watching him.

And really, provolone is a pretentious cheese? Provolone? Brilliant writing there.

If it doesn't come individually wrapped, it's probably pretentious to Susan. |

I didn't mind last night. I actually kind of liked devious Orson, it was especially funny when he was trying to get the Munchy password. I had o roll my
eyes at Susan's plot and have to really suspend my disbelief that Susan didn't get out of school until the sun went down. I didn't know MJ's
school went to 6 o'clock at night. How old is MJ five? I don't know I'd be nervous of leaving a five year old eat peanut butter and then go take a
shower...what if he choked?

True I don't have any kids, I guess I wouldn't trust myself with peanut butter.

Does poor Tom ever get his way?? Last week the guy had to sell his car and now his restaurant. He would be ripe for an affair if he wasn't so scared of
Lynnette.
And the actor is doing a great job.........I felt his frustration. |

Using his kids as slaves? Please. When times are tough, why shouldn't they pitch in? They acted spoiled and indulged. Like Tom said, they weren't
embarrassed to spend the money from the pizza place.

I'm amazed that the boys weren't already working there, at least part-time. The family-owned restaurants I've known are a complete family affair -
everyone chips in whether they want to or not.

There is pitching in and working a few hours and there is firing your entire staff because your kids will work for free. My husband worked at his parents
restaurant growing up and his parents paid him--directly into his college fund which they then used as a tax writeoff but it was still his money--he got a full
ride to college so we used it as a downpayment to buy a house.
I'd be more mad at the kid for crossing the street and leaving the house without permission. A five year old shows up at your house, you call the parent because five year olds can't be unsupervised outside and can't cross the street alone. |
