Anyone else notice how Jenni and Jeff can look attractive one second and not-so-attractive the next?? The biggest shift is Jenni. Sometimes she's cute
and sometimes it's like "Gah!".
Good episode last night. |

One good thing about how anal he is about things is you know the house being flipped is solid. Unlike other house flipping shows where they are finished
with Ikea kitchens and scotch tape (that is if they even finish before an open house).

this is what I fear...that many people might think it's like those other flip shows and it's just so much more and about Ryan..remember Zoila's birthday party..there was a blond with him ...I thought that was his wife..

I'm pretty sure the blonde was Carrie, one of the other realtors, the one who along with Boni wouldn't pony up $1250.
It's interesting that they haven't shown or discussed Ryan's significant other. Maybe he or she didn't want to be in the show, or if it's a he, maybe he hasn't come out yet and doesn't want to be shown. |

I thought Ryan was bi (I know-a huge stretch) and that Asian chick who came to dinner with him was the baby's mother? I wasn't
paying a lot of attention, maybe she is Jeff's FIFTH assistant I never noticed.

I know the Asiam woman is not Ryan's sig. other, but I do get a feeling that he may be in a realtionship with a woman. The way it seems to be skirted
around. Seems possible!

Yes, there is only one Dale in all of California. Amazing, but true!
