I was thinking Locke's legs and feet should be stiff as a board but although Jack never bent them they still didn't look like dead feet. And nice coincidence that the shoes fit. Poor John might stand up with some sore ass feet. Kate sure did get herself some Cracker Jack didn't she? But I found it kinda sad when she basically told him that the past was the past & they should just move on. I noticed she said something like we're not together, just on the same plane and said OUCH. She probably meant the whole group wasn't together but still sounded like a message to Jack that sex didn't change anything for her. That's the kinda stuff that pisses me off about Kate. I love Kate but don't like how she's treated Jack and Sawyer. Completely understand booting Jack out when he became a drunk, but still.. why get dick again then go cold on him? Not cool. Sassy - I don't mind sharing. Cracker Jack needs some lovin' now and then. Sawyer got all the ass on the island.

I've had so much on my mind that some shit slipped by I never posted about. I was disappointed in Jack letting him talk to her like that. Maybe he thought he should just trust her this time since he gave her shit about her secretive calls and stuff, but come on.. this wasn't about her ex-lover, this was about his nephew. A good "oh fuck that" would have been a better response. Of course that wouldn't fly on ABC. :) But anyway... Dude can't win. He gets slammed when he dismisses her, like when Kate wanted to talk alone but he wanted Juliet there... and now he's kinda coming off as a wuss letting her get away with telling him what he can or cannot do.

It seemed like she knew when Jack made the "you're not even related to him" comment. Here's what Jack said to Kate when he went to talk to Claire's mom in "The Little Prince." If I can just explain to her why we did it--maybe if I can get her to understand why... she'll listen to me. I can fix this, Kate. I can fix it. Hey. Aaron is my family, too. Yeah, I guess she knows.

I would think it would be a bigger reveal when she (or anyone) finds out they're literally family. "My family too" says to me he's telling her that Aaron is as much his family as hers (and she knows they're not bio related).

Her reaction when Jack said "you're not even related to him".. well duh, why would that hurt her so much unless she knows SHE isn't related to Aaron, but Jack is. Seems if there was going to be some big reveal about Jack's relationship to Aaron it would have happened before they went back to the island. I could be wrong. It happens often. :)

When they saw her at the hotel room door, did Kate recognize her? I know Jack said that's Claire's mother.. and he'd talk to her. SO she knows who Carole is now either way. I'm still not convinced she doesn't know about Jack being Aaron's nephew. Yeah that should be a scene the viewers would wanna see, but what if it wasn't? As I posted before, there seemed to be a point there when Jack said Aaron wasn't even related to HER. Then the family conversation. I understand you guys who think that meant he was the father figure in Aaron's life. Dunno. I don't get why Jack would hide that for 3 years. Maybe he didn't want to scare Kate? (Carole being at the funeral and all) Maybe he didn't want her to be worried he would try to take Aaron himself since he's a blood relative? I guess the only real basis I have for thinking Kate knows is that Jack not telling her makes NO sense to me. If there is that reveal on the island, there's Kate's excuse for being pissed at Jack and running to Sawyer. Not that she needs an excuse...
