So I've been rewatching and I am completely frustrated knowing that Kate is taking care of Aaron in the future and we still don't know if Claire is
alive. I just watched Par Avion and Claire must be reunited with her mom and Aaron for me to be satisfied.

That's how I interpreted it. Next week's pop-up video version will likely clear it up. |

Has this question been listed:
just who the heck is Christian Shephard? omg! is he Jacob? (I am kinda thinking that W-I-D-M-O-R-E is Jacob) Christian told John that he isn't Jacob(back in the cabin). BUT- he is 'speaking for him' and such. WHY though? Is Christian the real reason the plane fell onto the island? harumph. This show is making my head hurt. Question-- why couldn't Christian help John stand? is it because he is ephemeral and can't actually TOUCH anyone? or is it because John was like a butterfly or a hatching egg, and had to do it himself in order to be strong enough to complete the journey? |

Sometimes dead is bettah
IMO, Christian is speaking for Jacob because when Jacob has a body to inhabit he can leave his crappy little cabin. That's the theory I'm sticking with until we find out otherwise, lol. |

Didn't Faraday tell Desmond to give his mother a message - and if I'm not mistaken he hasn't told her anything yet -- is that right?

Stoked Up wrote: Right. But the theory is, once she realizes he was sent there because her son told him to find her...and told him this in the past...she'll realize Desmond has altered fate again and she'll know better what to do? Maybe she can use Desmonds ability of free will to fix some stuff easier? Maybe he can go back with Sun and Jack and do things on the island that Sayid, Hurly and Kate were supposed to do? I dunno. But it certainly will be more clear next episode :P |

I read on another board that the runway that Faraday landed on was the project that Kate/Sawyer/Others were working on when they were imprisoned. So how did
the others know to build a runway there?

in this week's podcast Darlton (sorry Felicia ;-) ) suggested that Jacob told them to build a runway. If Locke turns out to be Jacob we would at least know
how he knew a runway would be necessary. p.s. i assume by faraday you mean lapidus

Jacob is most likely one of the ones currently trapped in 1977 that never made it to the present, so he knows the future and guides the people left there.
My unanswered questions: WTF happened to Olivia Goodspeed? WTF was in Hurley's violin case? |

The guy who portrayed Jacob was just a prop guy though. Unless they did this intentionally to throw people off the scent.
