If it isn't confirmed, perhaps there is a drawing of some sort and Claire was going to be one of the ones to leave the island but she gave up her space for her son? I'm spoiler lite right now and don't know a whole hell of a lot about what has been spoiled as of right now, so if Claire has been confirmed as dying, then please forgive my bit of speculation. I am resisting going full on spoiled for now, but the closer we get to the finale I am getting itchier and itchier to know what is coming.

As far as I know- there isn't any concrete spoiler stating that Claire dies. Just pure speculation on some posters part. It's more like she.....disappears into thin air ;) (which is pure speculation too, btw)

Is the island trying to kill Jack? Will Kate count to five? * Lapidus returns to the island and runs into Sawyer's group. Will we learn that Lapidus is on the freighter and the island simultaneously? Will he have a conversation with himself? * More flashforwards, again showing Jack's life away from Dharma Island. * Jack looks likely to pay an old friend another visit at the Santa Rosa Mental Institute. * Though ABC doesn't mention him in the episode's synopsis, John Terry may again turn up as a not-dead Dr. Christian Shephard. So she did not even know her daughter was preggers. So visiting Aaron i dont think so. I was thinking Jack gets home and and finishes things with his dad and finds his dad's australia hospital bills and visits Claire's mom. Thus this is also the ONLY way Jack/Claire can find out about each other. Cause there is no other way and if you know one i would like to hear it.

And i know nobody to choose to look at the Cabin Picture she is in that i mentioned but thats it. Jacob is Christian, she is Christian's daughter so maybe she will show up as "Jacob" in "Cabin Fever"

Sawyer will rfuse to leave the island, and Claire will opt to stay back with him. she will either give Aaron to Kate to take care of, or else Kate will take him, wanting him to have the oportunity for a normal life.

Forget that the first Jack FF (finale of season 3) was set in April of 2007. That date was based on a flawed assumption.
