I want to know why Chang/candle is riding around with a dead body and it seems to put Miles in some danger.

I am wondering if it will turn out to be someone who was killed in some of the time or electromagnetic testing and he is trying to hide the body it would be more fun if Horace has an other "taken care of" |

"Lost" stars Naveen Andrews as Sayid, Henry Ian Cusick as Desmond, Jeremy Davies as Daniel Faraday, Michael Emerson as Ben, Matthew Fox as Jack, Jorge Garcia as Hurley, Josh Holloway as Sawyer, Yunjin Kim as Sun, Ken Leung as Miles, Evangeline Lilly as Kate, Elizabeth Mitchell as Juliet and Terry O'Quinn as Locke.Hmm, where's Jin? Taweret became seen, very early in Egyptian history, as a deity of protection in pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women wore amulets with her name or likeness to protect their pregnancies. As a protector, she often was shown with one arm resting on the sa symbol, which symbolized protection, and on occasion she carried an ankh, the symbol of life, or a knife, which would be used to threaten evil spirits. When paired with another deity, she became the demon-wife of Apep, the original god of evil. Since Apep was viewed as residing below the horizon, and only present at night, evil during the day then was envisaged as being a result of Taweret's maleficence. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tawaret Smokey = Apep? Oops, should've posted in the theory thread.

Just as an FYI, to give credit where credit is due, Erika Olson at LongLiveLocke.com came up with Taweret a month ago ...

I got to be honest... If the statue turns out to be the pregnancy g.oddess.s I'm going to be really disappointed. One of the biggest (and neglected)
mysterious on the show is a hippopotamus? Not feeling it.
ETA:WTF, G.oddess is censored?

What would be less disappointing to you?
If it turned out to be one of the losties?? lol Other than that, the statue always seemed to represent the history of the island...how long it has been inhabited by people...thus, the egyptology (including the statue) always being a background mystery the islands origins in civilization. |

You are not alone, Hostile. I don't give a rat's ass about that statue right now either. |

Me either. But it does have a nice ass from the back view we saw. It's definately a man, not a female g.oddess.
eta: Oh for fuck's sake. Now g.oddess. Probably those assholes in OT.

So the Matthew Perry casting as "Geroge Hobbes". He's 40. Could be:
Too old for "Mitch" or too young for "Mr. Springer", I suppose (but perhaps with make-up, yo). "Captain Bird" appears in the previous episode, which Perry is not tagged for. Not really a physical menace, or a southerner, so I guess it's just down to "Jason", "Samuel", and "The Statue". |

Jason is Jacob, so It's Sammy I guess...

On Jay and Jack's recent 25-hour charity podcast, Jorge Garcia was asked about the guitar case Hurley had on 316, specifically if the guitar was
Charlie's. Jorge Garcia responded by strongly implying that the guitar case does not contain a guitar. Hmmmmm! He said he is not allowed
to say what is inside it, or who the contents are for.
