Since I have no way of verifying with 100% certainty that you are the same person as the thread starter, the answer is no. And if it's you, just dredge up your old password and change it yourself. If that nic is indeed banned (and I'm not saying whether it is, or isn't), it ain't my problem and I wouldn't do something you could have done if you hadn't gotten that nic banned. It's not about you, it's about following the rules which have been established by the Admins, because you're right, it would have been easier just to go change the title and take my chances.
