This is not happening in RL, I just started thinking about who I'd wanna do if I were dying, and there was a nice little list going on in my head ... and
then I was thinking - Would I actually try and go for it and guilt them into sleeping with me?
In this situation your friend isn't "gross" or anything ... they're not in a hospital ... no one would ever find out ... they look/smell normal ... they might be a little weak or whatever ...
If your friend's DYING WISH was for you to give him a BJ or go all the way, would you do it?
Or if you were dying, would you ask a couple of hot friends? This is assuming everyone involved is single and all that.
