A relationship is between the members of that relationship and everyone else can kick rocks. Never understood the need for public declarations of eternal fidelilty. There's that "wanna tell the world!" happiness when you fall head over heels in love, but that's just a natural emotional reaction of the human creature. This wedding shit is utterly contrived. A ring to advertise that you're off the market has practical value I suppose, but if a couple decides to get married legally I don't see why "standing up in front of the world" must be part and parcel of that union. |

meaningless. I honestly believe that marriage isn't about the people getting married, it's about their family and friends! If that's what you need
to get by, then by all means do it. If your relationship can stand on it's own, to hell with the fluff and flummery!

I've been married twice and living with my baby momma for more than 10 now. Marriage isn't forever.
Kids. Kids are forever! I could take it or leave it at this point, although the party and valuable prizes were cool. I paid for both of mine, so they were small and fun. I'd consider doing the same down the road, after I'm done paying for these kids. |
