Well, I think that is a matter of opinion. I have served in the military and I do not wish nor want any gratitude from people. I did it for me and not for
anyone else. People give more value to the military than it deserves I think.

My cat is in love with her Jewish vet. They only met once. When he suggested she get tested for rabies, as a protection for me, he explained, you should have
seen her blush. He had to shave a bhopal-sized patch of fur off the poor dear. When he held her down to the table you could hear her miao for more, more. Then
we got home: pacing, whining, crying, scratching, careening through every room at top speed like a wild woman.
