I also do not think any city worker who works outside should be allowed to smoke on the job. People working indoors are not allowed to smoke so it does not seem fair at all. Also, our tax dollars are paying for these workers to stand their smoking. Also with healthcare the way it is now (us footing the bill),people should do their part to stay healthy. I am just pissed off because this morning a flagger's smoke permeated into my open window while I waited in line at a road construction sight.
