What fanbases around here leave you scratching your head? Not because you hate the said person, but because you are totally indifferent to them.

Well no, not really. As long as the said contestant was a huge character, then I can see why some people would like them.
I hate Boston Rob with every burning fiber of my body, but I get why some people like him. People like Jenn, Erinn or that lawyer that I can't even remember his name from Gabon, THOSE are the real head scratchers |

Without Palau, there is no CI. It was the original shitty season with a bloated cast full of mactors and awful twists. I actually really liked Angie, James,
Steph, and Bobby Jon on Ulong, but we knew no one in the end game besides Tom (and arguably Ian) because of the terrible editing. Terrible editing that looks
like it is happening again in Samoa.

I've grown to appreciate Tom a lot more since I came here. I don't care what anyone says, his win was completely epic since he pwned the game from
start to finish.
I also forgot to put Jenna M on my list. I'm totally clueless as to why people liked her in Amazon. |

Tom was loved because he played a perfect game.
Penner was loved because he was saying in confessionals the same things that true sucksters were saying. Yates was loved for similar reasons. Some of the fan bases you're referring to though are part of the 3rd generation of Sucks posters, the splooser faggy emo shiteating tweens, who have terrible taste and praise stupidity and ignorance. |

Tom is awesome. I know Wyl thinks he's the only one that likes any alpha males around here, but it's not true. Tom seemed like a great person and was
an amazing player all around -- and this is from someone who's favorite season ever is Palau, who's favorite tribe ever is Ulong, and who's
favorite castaway ever is Kimberly Mullen. Tom single-handedly sunk Ulong to make Palau have such an epic storyline.

And with this post, Rilis just started his own fanbase and I'm the first one. It's true though, people had MUCH better taste back in the old days. Like I already said, there were lots of people back then that i loathed, but understood their fanbase (i.e Fairplay, Mariano, Heidi etc.) Now every irrelevant dumbass white chick gets a 300 page love thread with posts like "ZOMG ERINNGODD.ESS!!!" "Daily Erinn love *heart*" Or Crystal who's had one funny moment, but the way people talk about her, she's clearly the best Survivor contestant of all time. Yeah, right. Or let's hate on the Toms and Terrys despite the fact that they were big characters, and let's praise the himbot guy who got booted on episode 4 because he had awsome blue eyes.
