There is lots of info in this thread that is correct. Sugar is indeed the first boot. What was really odd is Sandra was on the villain tribe and not the
favorites tribe. She was really surprised. But yes - Sugar is the first boot. Villains buff color is Red. They didnt suffer the amount of rain that 19 did but took it even harder than the players of 19. Lots of crying and moaning. Oh and J.T. was there and instead of being known as the guy who won his season and swept the voting - now he will be known as one of the dumbest players ever for what he fell for.
