The days when Survivor was so popular, that when the season was airing there would be 3 or 4 books about it and then a "Greatest Hits" video-cassette
about a month after the season aired? The crisp tone nature of seeing Susan Hawk say "fuck" in perfect clarity. Seeing Richard's stark naked
behind on the beach. As well as Jeff Varner saying "...so fucking stupid" in his audition tape. Remember the good old days when everyone except Rudy
applied to get on the show? Remember the Survivor board games for Pulau Tiga and the Australian Outback? How about the video game where you could play as the
likes of Debb, Nick, Jeff, BB, Stacey, Richard, Sean, Greg, Rodger, Kimmi and the entire cast of the first two seasons. What happened to the good old days when
you could discuss who was going to win Survivor with your neighbors at a cookout or just relaxing in the backyard and making casual conversation? What happened
to the good old days where we would get Survivor spoofs often from the likes of Cartoon Network and Comedy Central? What happened to the good old days when
tabloids would post fake boot orders instead of Sucksters?
I for one think we can get these back. I declare Sucks stand up against the inevitable. I demand two writers to step forth, as it will be there job to chronical the season coming after this current, Samoa. And I challenge two Video Editors to make a best of compliation of Survivor: Samoa and Survivor: All-Stars 2 to be released on Survivor Sucks. We can bring this back, Sucks. We can. We must if we want Survivor to thrive, at least within our own community.
