there's only a plea bargain if the prosecutor decides to give one because they're not sure if they'll win. Yes it does show.
BTW I don't know what I'm talking about. So you should probably listen to me. |

It all depends on the plea bargain. If the plea bargain involves a deferral or a pre process agreement, it means she'll likely get to clear her record
after probation. If the plea bargain involves a straight up sentence all it means is that the D.A.'s office and the defendant agree to the terms of a
sentence BEFORE they go to the judge, who doesn't even have to accept those conditions.

At Band, Loqued, and D. Leted, we advise our clients that the best way to handle a plea bargain is to avoid having committed a crime in the first place.
Criminal activity can result in consequences up to and including imprisonment, anal violation, and loss of reputation. On the other hand, avoiding criminal
activity can allow you to remain a productive member of society without fear of reprisal.
We are not responsible for the results of ignoring our advice. Band, Loqued, and D. Leted We know the law. We know the elements. We're here to fight for you. |

Someday I'd like to see a plea deal that calls for the accused to get down on their knees and actually plea.
