In her official mailout, the X Factor semi-finalist said that she is working nonstop on the album at the moment because rehearsals for her role in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice that has Unprotected Anal Sex start next month. Shitters said: "I'm soo dam excited about this album I can't actually contain myself! The other day I worked with Savan [Kotecha] he's such a credible songwriter slash producer! (sic). "We recorded a song which he wrote called 'Sharks' and I fell in love with it the moment I heard it like the first time I did a line of coke! I'm so chuffed it's mine! Muahaha!" She added: "That was a fun and long day as I'd been giggin in Ireland the night before, finished the gigs at 1 and had to wake up for the airport at 4.30 and then straight into studio! All worth it though!" Last month, Shitters confirmed the online leak of new song 'Jumping Into Rivers', before it became available on her official website

Wayy too Hip-Hop and R&B for Alexandra. She needed to do a tadio top 40 pop/pussy music route. She won't do as well as Leona, that's for sure. I guess they are trying to break her big in the states but the song sucks.

Last night's series opener attracted 9.9m (48%) from 7pm for ITV1. The show peaked at 8:20pm with a whopping 11.6m, 52.2% of the audience. Although the show was down from last year's 10.2m opener, it was still by far the most watched programme yesterday. BBC One struggled against the show, pulling in just 2.7m for Total Wipeout and a lower 2.2m for The National Lottery. Meanwhile, The Xtra Factor on ITV2 did great business with 1.2m (6%) and a further 190,000 watching on ITV2+1. At one point, the channel was beating BBC2 and Channel 4 in the ratings. ITV1 had a good night as a whole, with new gameshow The Cube starting with 5.5m (27%), making it the second most watched programme yesterday. It helped ITV1 to a primetime share of 30%, well above BBC1's share of 18.5%. The X Factor has returned in fine form, let's hope the great ratings continue! Keep it Central!

Alexandra did Hallejulah miles better than�Diana.�When that was announced the winner's single, everyone thought it was rigged for Diana, but she could have never done it. This performance was so epic and it was one of the best performance I've heard in years. It's so odd to me that she was never the favorite really and she didn't make her move until f5 where she left everyone in the dust. By finale night her opponents were fucking jokes. Cheryl needs to PWN it this year. She should have had two fucking people in the finale: Alexandra and Laura, then the third should have been with Ruth.

The only real rocker on X Factor was Ruth from last season. And I think he only said "Here we go" once, or twice, at the most... Besides, I think it made the song even more entertaining!

His story was so heartfelt and when the kid came out running on stage, I just started to cry. He's sooo gonna get signed. I'd buy his record in a second. Daryl FTW. Jamie was good too but his performing is better than his vocals. He's sooo hot though. Miss Fitz was good too, they have good harmonies. Overall,. I think they are totally going for a solo male win or a group. I think they want to avoid a 3rd big voice female winner in a row. This show is eons better than American Idol. I don't know how I'll bare that shit come January. No wonder Simon hates it.

She was the first person I thought was completely robbed of a place in the perfomance shows simply because of Leonabot and had always been waiting for her to come back. I almost leapt out of my seat when I saw she was back and with the only group so far worth anything. I can't see how Miss Fitz don't make it in.

'X Factor' maintains ratings pace Monday, August 31 2009, 3:18pm EDT By Neil Wilkes, Editor The second episode of The X Factor dominated the ratings on Saturday night, with an average of 9.75m (47.1%) tuning in between 7pm and 8.15pm. The figure represents a drop of around 160k on last week's opener but a rise of around 330k on the second episode from last year's series. Spinoff show The Xtra Factor brought in 1.29m (6.9%) for ITV2 in the hour from 8.15pm, with a further 169k (0.9%) tuning in on timeshift. Repeats of both shows snagged 525k (5.9%) and 239k (5.9%) on ITV2 from 11.15pm. After The X Factor on ITV1, gameshow The Cube managed 4.84m (23.9%) in its second week, an impressive retention of 88% from last week's premiere. A screening of Miami Vice followed with 1.67m (9.8%). On BBC One, Total Wipeout: Champion Of Champions delivered 3.36m (18.1%) at 6.30pm, then National Lottery: Guesstimation appealed to 2.74m (13.1%). The draw itself was seen by 4.2m (21.1%) and a subsequent screening of comedy movie Meet The Fockers amused 3.99m (20.1%). Coverage of The Proms took 815k (4%) for BBC Two from 7pm, then two hours later, a rerun of Have I Got A Bit More News For You interested 2.27m (11.2%). A double-bill of ER managed 491k (2.4%) and 642k (3.2%) for Channel 4, then the latest Big Brother update ensnared 1.36m (6.9%). Five's NCIS double-bill picked up audiences of 1.1m (5.3%) and 1.7m (8.4%) from 7.20pm. CSI claimed 1.5m (7.6%) and Law & Order put in 1.03m (6.4%).
