Like when RCA was fined millions of dollars for
being guilty of it and when they were investigating Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway was on the list as having spent upwards to $2 million to make sure it was a
surefire hit. Not that it wasn't a good album, loved the songs but it got a slow start in radioplay and sales until the dough kicked in.
