Time for the first update! =O These bottom five are so crappy, I literally *groan* whenever I get it as the daily freebie, whenever I walk into a new friend's restaurant, and especially after I take the quiz, which is a real task to get under 10 seconds when your comp sucks like a mofo. >_>

49. Sweetcorn

By FAR the most useless ingredient in the game. I hate ingredients that are only used in one dish, and sweetcorn is one of them. And what's worse, it's the only one star ingredient of that kind, meaning it can only be openly traded for very few things. No one, and I mean NO ONE wants sweetcorn (expect apparently DC ). When you get an opportunity, unload it ASAP. I mean the actual thing itself probably tastes sweet and I'm sure it can be used in many dishes <3 But in RC, sweetcorn sucks ass, nuff said.

48. Beans

Beans, beans, the magical fruit, the more you eat the more your restaurant blows. Beans is a slight upgrade from sweetcorn, being used in two whoopin' dishes. I find it to be another ingredient nobody wants, and it's almost always open for trade in the very few restaurants that even have unlocked ingredients. Plus beans are just gross in reality. Oh and the fact that I often confuse it with "Peas" pisses me off to no end. C'mon, you call peas "beans" sometimes too don't you?

47. Lime

Lime is in the same boat as Beans. Except it gets extra hate for being the worst of the "pretentious fruits that can easily be substituted by something else." I mean they have Lemons in this game. >_> One's yellow. One's green. Other than that, they're.exactly.the.same. And they're BOTH useless. Maybe if they combined the two, we'd get one decent fruit that'd actually be worth something. Extra points for being green though <3


46. Mushroom

The mushroom wraps up the clan of worthless 1 star ingredients above. Mushrooms are SO underused in this game. I mean I love mushrooms. They go well with almost any dish. But for some reason RC saw it fit to only include in only two dishes. Some nasty soup that includes Milk and Bayleaf (ick), and some psoer vegetarian dish that requires 4 ingredients instead of the usual 3, a preposterous concept since ingredients are so hard to come by. Seriously mushrooms would be a lot more useful if I designed the game. >_>


45. Pumpkin

And the first two star ingredient to show up...you know an item has limited potential when it's something you've never had. >_> No I've never had pumpkin pie, woe is me. Which tastes better, pumpkin pie or pumpkin soup? Gross @ both. At least it beats all the other useless one stars, as it can be easily swapped for anything two stars and below. And you best do it, since the other ingredients you need for the pumpkin dishes...cream, chili, flour and sugar...are all kinda hard to come by. =/

Be that as it may, I still enjoy the game because it thrills my inner collector/trader. =O
