i don't understand why ot allows it. and i don't understand why no one says anything. if this board didn't have other rules, then i wouldn't question it...but ot actually has lots of restrictions -- but not on racism?

for the record, imo, there's nothing wrong with racial humor. but that's different from racist "humor."
