ETA: dream job is something kool: archiving a major poet's papers, getting a journal article published every few years, maybe cataloging, maybe publishing --> who knows???

We did Scouts (without the butt sex) but he had to do his own projects, unlike some kids whose parents would build/buy their stuff for them. I am not perfect, not by any stretch of the imagination, but I like to believe that I had enough foresight to at least TRY to prepare him for the real world. He's rising up through the Air Force ranks now, flying unmanned aircraft, traveling, investing. I'm very proud of him, and he's done it without having it HANDED to him. That's all I'm sayin'...

What you do is ask the person.... "Which poster do you feel has the highest quality thread?" (They will give someone's name.) You follow up with... "Which poster do you feel has the most obnoxious posts?" (They will give someone's elses name.) Then you ask... "Which one are you more like?" (They will give some answer.) That is when you show the data and their standing within their peer group... But all in all its a waste of time... (for the most part.) Better to spend time with your best. I think anyhow. Oh and if your best whine about other.... just tell them you have not problem decreasing their oportuities and create more for others. No one likes to fall out of favor.
