It's hard to believe Over the Rhine in Cincy is the MOST dangerous. I go down there regularly for crack and I've never had my life threatened. I'm pretty white, too.

I can think of at least 10 other places I would rather not wait for a bus than Garfield (55th) and State. K-Town on the West Side and 71st and Jeffery come to mind...

Based on the fact this list is insurance-based it is probably the worst 25 locations that adjusters would even consider visiting and insuring.
