the very smell of curry makes me headachy and naseaus. we have an indian restaurant here that in the summer i have to detour away from because i turn green
when i smell it.

At a restaurant near me they have a flaming gulab jaman with liqueur and floating spices.
It's kind of like heaven with a side of diabetes. Fabulous. |

I LOVE Indian food. lovelovelove tikka masala, tandoori, madras, vindaloo, samosas, bhajis, tamarind sauce and raita, DOSAS, dal, naan, everything except the
cheese.
not a big fan of the dessers either. Indian and Lebanese cuisines are my top 2 right now. bring this thali to my mouth

OMG, Lebanese food. Just yum. I love the chicken dishes with yogurt and the bread and tomatoes. Just a whole medley of great tastes. And hummus, who cannot

Wow, it's no surprise I like most foods but I place Vietnamese in the top 10 for sure. Almost all Asian food is in my top 10 (I love Korean and Malaysian).

I'm not crazy about Thai either, OE.
Only had Ethiopian once and I liked it. It's a different experience, eating everything from a communal serving in the middle of the table and grabbing it with that bread. The bread was a little weird -- kinda rubbery like something had been skinned to make it. |

hummus, taboule, babaghanoush, pita with zaatar, shish taouk, falafel, fattoush salad, kibbeh, pistachio baklava.. oh god ASHLEY HONGRY
I think it's the garlic/mint/lemon seasoning in everything that I'm so addicted to. I live in the city with the highest Lebanese population outside of Lebanon, falafel/shish joints everywhere, we're spoiled. BillG, you'd be a blast to eat with <3 |
