Phil and the other Thursday "afternoon" starters will start their 2nd round at 4:30. Tiger and the other Thursday "morning" starters will
tee off for their 2nd round tomorrow morning. Then the cut will take place and the 3rd round will start, weather permitting, of course.

The storms from here in Chicago will wreak havoc tomorrow. It has been raining since 3:00am with wicked winds -- I have remnants of the neighbors oak in my
yard as well as 1/3 of my willow tree.
Does not bode well for Saturday at the Open. |

There will be no cut today, seeing as how half the field won't have even started their rounds by the end of play tonight. But I'm guessing the cut, if
weather conditions maintain the way they are, will be somewhere around +5.
