Hello sucksters, J Penner here with a strange tidbit that may or may not excite certain of the more trivia (l?) minded among you.
Last Friday night, I was happy to record an old movie of mine from 1994 called (and I kid you not) Manhunt: Bloodfist VII. It stars: Don The Dragon Wilson, and Im second billed as the heavy (imagine) a bad cop named Johnny Marvosa! The picture is memorably bad, boasting some terrible acting (present company very much included) awful writing, scoring, hair, make up and excruciating wardrobe. In other words its awesome! But this is not a shameless plug for a picture that I hadnt seen in at least ten years and would never have mentioned watching again (TIVOd off Spike at 2AM EST). BUT I bring it up for one amazing fact. One wonderful saving grace that has to be mentioned and which somehow has never been discovered until now. Im not the only Survivor in the picture
Shane is in the movie too.
Yes. He has about four lines, and manages to smoke through all of them, and is great in it! Surly, funny and memorable.
I didnt even know hed been an actor, and the scene is one Im not in, so we never met, but its pretty weird isnt it? Shane and Penner - Bloodfist VII!?
Not sure if this is actually interesting or just weird, but I thought I had to mention it.
