Son of a bitch... I knew it wouldn't be that easy. Got my reloader, installed it and it doesn't run. I get an error box: "An error occurred
during loading. An unhandled error occurred. Please send the following file to BBReloader support: debug-reloader.txt"
Grrr... I hope support is quick. Just a few days to go! |

Has anyone with the 64bit version of Vista been able to run the new reloader?
I'm starting to think there might be problems if you have the 64bit version of Windows Vista. |

blistering...I got the exact same message. I have 64 bit Internet Explorer but when problem occured, used 32 bit IE as well.

Frickin reloader... it would be nice if they told you up front that it's not compatible with Vista 64.
Hopefully they just didn't test on vista 64 and it's a bug they can quickly fix. Otherwise if they knew but didn't disclose it I am going to be pissed. ETA: I did open a support request so hopefully will hear back today. |

blistering, this is the response I got:
Hello, At this time we are currently looking into an issue which is affecting customers with a 64 bit operating system. This is leading to the Reloader crashing while starting up with an "unhandled error". We are working on this issue as we speak and will let you know the second we discover the cause. In the mean time, you may still watch the live feeds inside of Real Player. Please know that we are working to find a solution to this problem as we speak. We'll keep you informed. Thanks! |

I almost bought a new desktop ( much needed) just to have more RAM /speed for feeds ( along with all the new comp. stuff I sorely need). I'm glad I waited,

Same here, blis. My shiny new Mother's Day computer - which I got to see the feeds in all their shiny glory - doesn't fucking work with Reloader.

THEY FIXED IT! Here is the email I got and it works now - BBReloader and their staff rock the house.
Hello, We believe we may have found what was causing the "unhandled error" message to occur on 64 Bit operating systems. Please follow the instructions below for correcting the issue and let us know as soon as you can, as to whether or not this worked. 1. Install the Reloader. 2. Download the following new files http://www.bbreloader.com.../bb11/x86/bbreloader.exe and http://www.bbreloader.com/download/bb11/x86/bar.exe 3. Save that new bbreloader.exe and bar.exe in your C:\Program Files (x86)\BB11 Reloader folder. It will ask if you want to overwrite the current file(s), click YES. Restart the Reloader and activate it with your email address. Let us know if this solution worked out so that we can share it with others. Thanks. Jeff www.bbreloader.com |
