Wow, after a very slow start and uneventful day, some people got drunk with power possibilities and overplayed their hands with some incredible bad timing. We still don't know how this will play out.

Observations first. Janie has an incredible instinct on the house, the game and the people. Marci is on top of everything. Chicken George is still the unknown wildcard. The slut girl jealousy factor is clouding the game, the alpha male factor is coming into play, and this eviction will set the tone for who will be the underdogs this season versus who will not.

One side - the sixers by default. They have to band together because their season outnumbers the others and these 4 emerged unscathed from last season regarding their interpersonal wounds. Somehow over the winter, James has made peace with what happened and they are pretty much better friends than those in the house from past seasons.

The nearby floaters gravitating toward the sixers - Marci all but flat out told Janie that he is trying to get in to their group, however, he is open to listening to other options. I don't yet know if that is intelligence gathering or really listening for options. Erika - dunno quite yet how she will come down. She wants to stay hidden in the numbers and this is a very inconvenient week for her. She does NOT want to be called out on a side yet. It is convenient for her that her season arch enemy is on the block, so she may, by default, vote out Ali, which supports the sixers. Danielle, James and she have a deep friendship. He had a very long, intimate conversation with her a while ago where he flat out said he had her back, but he has to be loyal to the sixers as long as he can and by default she will have that protection, too. He is doing a major balls all out campaign to save her ass, also, which is exposing this "hidden" alliance we have been suspecting all along.

Will and Mike - they don't like being the outside of the center of attention, it just rubs them raw. They want to be perceived as the best of the best and they want to wrest control of the game. Their initial strategy of laying back for the first few weeks is now blowing up in their face. Why? Because they underestimated how much fun the sixers make it in the house. They realize that the likability factor is BIG with them. They also realized that a potential ally could be walking out the door this week and they are now trying to sramble to shake things up.

Nak and Diane, they are not exactly on the same page. Nak doesn't trust either person up for nominations and considers Ali's lack of judgment a bigger long term threat than Dani's shrewdness. Diane is getting the vapors about either Will or Booger, not sure which one, so her judgment is getting clouded and she does NOT like having a hot, good competitor being the queen bee in the house (Janie).

Ali, scrambling for her life, making her Janellousy and revenge motivation a factor in her approach to stay in the game. She began to mount a campaign tonight to stay in the house, egged on by Will, Booger, and Jase deciding to try to flip things this week.

So here is how things stand. This morning it appeared to be a slow, predictable time drag until voting on Wednesday, and now things are going to be upside down until voting is over. We have a potential tie here.

Absolute locks for Danielle to STAY are Kaysar, Howie and James. Probably votes to stay are Marci and Erika.

Absolute locks for Ali to STAY (unless they chicken out if they don't get the numbers), are Diane, Booger and Will

The wild cards are Nakomis and George. Nakomis will probably make up her mind at the last minute when she has had all of the data, observation input, etc to help her with her decision. She has a major trust issue with Ali playing a stupid game and a dirty game. SHe knows Dani is sneaky and charismatic, so she feels she won't be blindsided by that.

George, who the fuck knows what George is going to do. Earlier today, he sort of promised Dani his vote, but he wasn't convincing.

So we have a potential tie here, 5 to 5. I also see a potential tie between the HOHs on eviction. No one knows what the tiebreaker is.

Let's talk about the BB rules if there is no agreement on co HOH. They both LOSE their HOH status, go on the block and there is no HOH for that week. The veto winner has the power to name the replacement if the veto is used. So if that had happened this week, Jani would have removed herself from the block and nominated her replacement against Jase. So this scenario has Nak, Ali and Diane really scared. The interesting thing about the sixers is that they don't fear the veto competitions, since they all have won them.

Will and Booger think Janie is the most powerful BB player of all time. She knows the game inside out and can win competitions. They fear her in a way alpha males would never admit they do fear a woman.

Jase's natural instinct of gravitating to the alpha males is clouding the excellent game that he initially set up for himself this week. He can't resist being part of a potential major play with the perceived best winner of BB and his sidekick. I think all 3 of them think James can be swayed early to jump sides because they still view him through last season's play.

So here we are with brilliant BB players who are falling back to known ways to play the game, and past experiences clouding their judgment today.

I don't have a feeling for how this will come out. If Ali goes out the door, the sixers have the potential, along with their friendly allies, to dominate the game this year. However, they do trust Jase a bit too much. Hopefully Marci will caution her about him.

One of the reasons Erika, Danielle, Marci and potentially Jase want to gravitate along with the sixers is that these 4 will be targeted after the sixers are gone. And these 4 want the sixers to take out the other 6.

The other 7 want these out before the jury is seated. They fear a sixer making it to the end with too many votes on the jury.

We have to hand it to the casting this year. The producers picks definitely rounded out the house by putting the season enemies together in the house. This has added an additional degree of drama and gamemanship I wasn't expecting.

They had a breakfast powwow outside, Janie, Howie and Kaysar and discussed their allies, those gunning for them, who they can trust, the danger of letting too many people think they were #5 in their group (they still think Jase is solid with them for now).

Kaysar brought up the point of looking at who is competing for HOH if Ali goes:

Will, Booger, Diane, Nak, George, all potential problems for them. (Janelle thinks Nak will put up Will and Booger, but she is unaware of the shift in the house that happened at midnite last night).

Erika will throw it, no matter what, so will George (he threw veto).

Then we have Marci, Howie, James and Kaysar competing on their side. All things considered, they like those odds.

I missed the last 10 minutes of their powwow, so I have to check the feeds to find out where they left things.

And in between all this, we had 2 hilarious games of kickball in the backyard where both games ended when the balls were kicked to the rooftop prematurely. And there was some hilarious game talk from past seasons as they relived all the really funny things and made fun of the stupid things that happened before.
