I like the show it is neat to see non-designers compete in design challenges. The guy who painted his wife's wedding boquet last night for their art
project is hot! I think the black husband is on the down low

Glad this thread was started because something's been driving me crazy about this show. These people have been introduced as people who are having a hard
time making ends meet -- the young couple watched their investment lose half its value, the one sister was on the verge of losing her house, the gather in the
other couple in the finals lost his job, etc. etc. So now they're handed money for their bedroom, more for the living room and now $30K (iirc) for their
kitchens PLUS appliances. So how the hell are they gonna be able to pay the taxes on this? they've been handed about $50K in non-liquid income. what
happens when they don't win the $250K prize? Anyone know how this works? Cause it's driving me crazy.
I don't care anymore who wins. Either couple is good by me. |

They have to sell some of the furnishings if they can't afford to pay to taxes....jus sayin.
I think the judges have got it right each time. I liked both kitchens that won with the exception of the fugly silver doors....wtf was he thinking and his wife has got to stop crying. |

She is crying because she is slowly realizing her husband is gay. they are going to win. I loved their backsplash!
I liked the losing team's backsplash too! But yeah the whole kitchen kinda clashed |

Well they gave away the winner last week and all throughout the show last nite when they were showing the confetti. The winning couple were hugging as if they
won. The other couple not so much. I wanted the young couple to win cause i liked them more. The winning wife whined and bitched too much.
But design wise the best team won |
