This one lady I work with swears by Estro natural (at Walgreens I believe) and another swears a shot of vodka three times a day keeps them at bay..

I'm 43 too, and I'm most definitely perimenopausal.
When I get a hot flash, my head sprouts water like one of those crazy daisies kids put on their front lawns. |

I know a woman who is 54 and for the last 6 or 8 years has repeatedly mentioned that she is pre-menopausal. Is this possible? Shouldn't she be there by
now, already? I'd ask, but I'm too polite/don't care enough to try to pin her down about it.

I think that UC is experiencing vaginal dryness.
The sweating is so gross! Thank god they don't last too long. My sil tells me that I have painful breasts to look forward to. |

This scares me..I detest sweating. Its horribly embarrassing, and it comes out of nowhere...totally unexpected, and then "sprinkler on." Only my head sweats, like running down my face, dripping drops on my glasses kind of sweating. Its quite lovely |

It isn't fair that I'm still bleeding every month or two and I get these flashes. I get painful cramping, too. I suspect that my ovaries are crying.
