I keep in touch with all of them! I'm closest with Stephen, Sydney, and Joe though. We had such a fun tribe overall :)

I'm fairly certain that Sandy, Coach, JT, and I all applied, the rest I don't know. I think we were the only applicants though :/

oh, and my audition tape was me at the radio station where I interned last summer, then at my parents' house for some talking about my sports background and survivor fan-dom.

Withholding my sexuality had NOTHING to do with getting voted off. If any of the 5 people who voted me off ever post here, that's what they'll tell you. Editing made it seem like that interview about not telling my tribe I'm gay coincided with the drama of losing the challenge (and being blamed for it). Didn't happen that way.

The challenge was interesting. I definitely didn't perform well in the challenge but to me there were a few factors to consider: a) I was up against Tyson, who proved over the next few episodes following my boot that he was clearly the best athlete in Tocantins, b) only JT scored points for our tribe. Joe and Taj were scoreless, just like me, and c) Brendan scored just as many points on Taj as Tyson did on me... sooo yeah. I definitely felt unfairly blamed but JT and Joe were so pissed at me when we got back to camp that I couldn't debate with them, I had to reason and say 'Yes, I didn't perform well today but let's look at the big picture and see who's really the weakest link in challenges, if that's what we're going after"

Ever think of keeping Carolina because she might fit in better with you guys than Sandy? Why not approach Taj? We saw Joe and Syd sucking up to JT - why put all your money on him, knowing he was so close to Stephen?

Would you agree that Stephen was the key is defeating your sub-alliance? He gave a Godfather confessional in voting you off, as if you as his main strategic rival who he wanted gone first.

It was kind of like Todd/Aaron/Amanda... I wanted an alpha male who would take the heat if we were turned on, and a girl smaller than me so if we got picked off in our own tribe, she'd go first due to being perceived as the weakest. Thus a buffer on each side of me. Turns out, when Stephen thinks you're a crazy manipulative fanboy you become the biggest threat haha.. and honestly, I think I aligned with a couple of people who weren't playing the game as hard as I was. Proven by their shortsightedness when they turned on me, failing to realize that they were then going to be sitting ducks afterwards. Don't get me wrong though, I'm still great friends with them and love them both but as far as the game goes, it just didn't work out.

I didn't want a 4th. We had the "all guys" alliance and then I made the alliance with Joe and Syd because I was afraid of being the first guy to go once we got to 4. So I wanted to jump on the other two guys when it was down to the guys + Sydney. So it was almost like a 5-person alliance, without everyone knowing. I felt like a smaller alliance was easier to keep everyone on the same page.

Stephen was key. But so was JT. I think JT was the one who found out about the alliance and started scrambling first. BUT I could be wrong. If Stephen ever comes here he can better explain what happened there.

Our tribe must have been strategizing or something because all of us neglected to remember this rule and we all just walked out to a post. Once we realized where the balls tended to go we tried to change match-ups but that's when we were reminded of the rule. Our fault, really. Doesn't that suggest JT is most to blame, since the tribe leader usually looks after overall stategy in challenges?

Nobody looked at it that way. We were really all to blame since we were all given the same instructions. It was just one of those things, unfortunately for me it started the ball rolling on getting me voted out. Oh well.
