Debbie is fantastic!! Saw her in casting and thought I'd get along really well with her but alas, we were on different tribes. She was a blast to hang out with during Finale weekend and definitely one of my favorites :)

Well, there really wasn't this obvious Joe/Sydney/Spencer vs. JT/Taj/Stephen chasm. From the beginning, the guys were planning on sticking together to get rid of Carolina, then Sandy, then Taj, leaving the four guys and Sydney. I was concerned about possibly being the first guy to go (if we ever got to 4) so I aligned with Joe and Sydney on Day 2 so once we got to 5, we could turn on Stephen, then JT. Needless to say, didn't really work out as planned. Once JT and Stephen found out Joe and I were tighter with Sydney that with them, they panicked a bit and almost pulled in Sandy (and got Taj permanently with the whole Exile Alliance) to get rid of Sydney at our second TC. Stephen said they didn't do it because they were afraid of splitting the tribe too early. So Sandy went, as initially planned. I wish they had surprised us because that would have at least given Joe and I a chance to adjust accordingly. I would have strongly considered a mutiny to Timbira they had blindsided Sydney, because Joe and I would have been sitting ducks at Jalapao. Unfortunately, the next challenge gave my allies enough incentive to turn on me, dooming themselves at the same time. Hope that made sense.

I have 2 questions I've been waiting for someone to answer:
1) How did Joe/JT/Stephen react to you assuming they were homophobicunts?
2) How is Sydney doing? Is she amazing?

1. I told producers before the game that I wouldn't tell my tribemates I was gay unless they asked, so it had nothing to do with the particular guys on my tribe.

2. Sydney is definitely amazing! Gorgeous girl and definitely so much fun to be around, both inside and outside the game.

I found out the day before so I basically lost my mind. I was so bummed about going back to the US so to get that surprise sent me through the roof. Barely slept that night :)

Hi Spencer :) It's too bad you couldn't go that far because you were one of my pre-show faves.. but at least you did something a lot of us couldn't do. You made it on the show and at your age too, that's pretty amazing so pat yourself on the back for that at least. Oh and you're pretty cute as well <3 So ignore the haters because obviously they're just jealous.

Questions:
1) Did you ever consider an alliance with Taj? Stephen mentioned that nobody on Jalapao approached her about that. How sad :'( ..but it's kinda funny because she outlasted so many people and came in 4th.
2) Loser Lodge, anything interesting happen there? How did everyone get along? Was Candace as fabulous in person as she was on the show?
3) Did you ever visit/post here before being cast?

1. See my previous post about the early alliances. Taj spent so much time away from the group, not to mention 6 out of the 8 of us were under 30 years old, so the rest of us just bonded more with each other than with her- at least initially. Obviously, we wondered about the HII. Did you see me raise my hand when Brendan was choosing who he was taking to Exile after the Beach Brawl challenge? I wanted a shot at that idol, they're almost always found after the first couple clues.

2. Pre-Jury Loser Lodge/trip was great, but as you can probably imagine being with the same people (with strong personalities) can cause friction at times. Love me some Candace though! Wish we'd been on the same tribe.

3. I lurked periodically for years, never posted. Especially earlier seasons, like Amazon for example. Lost touch with fan sites and message boards during the Guatemala-Fiji era.
