Time to rank a game that may or may not have sparked muchos controversy! =O
5. CC's Survivor: Alaska Oh crap, why is this game so high again? Except since we could only talk to our own tribe, and my tribe had several duds or almost duds, things were quite dull and no one PMed much. Yawn. I got into an alliance of five by default. Go me. Our tribe, the Koyuks (also lovingly refered to as the Kayaks or "the Eagles") came into this game way too naive. We kidnapped one of theirs the very first round, and we totally welcomed him with open arms. Well most of us anyway. A couple people did have the "clever" idea to make him our first boot regardless, but that was shot down pretty quick since we had inactives. The other tribe however, wasn't so friendly. One of our tribe did manage to make a home for herself with them though. One lovely Natalie. There was a reward at the F10 that gave half the cast shit avatars. We managed to mount an epic blindside at F7, but it wouldn't last. Before long I was the last of my kind. Poor little Jenna in a sea of disgusting fat bearwhales. Did I mention big, dumb, barely active Sekou who pmed upside down, the person I tried to focus all of my rage on? He made a good tribe mascot for them. I had a good relationship with both Ami and Frosti (him and his c00t engrish accent <3) and I wanted to get to the F3 with them since I thought they were the best the game had to offer. And they were. I won immunity at F5, not that I think I needed it, :iiam. I got thoroughly played by Frosti at F4 though, thought we were gonna finally cut Sekou loose then. Luckily Ami stuck by me and I won an epic tiebreaker challenge. Gawd I love puzzles. ^_^ I was resigned on getting third though, everyone thought I was some huge jury threat which amused me to no end. And the hell if I'm ever gonna win an endurance challenge fair and square. Except it was announced immediately that it was gonna be an F3. I kinda thought that was a bit questionable, but whatever. It's not all a bed of roses though. =/ What I remember this game: 1) The two week long hiatus caused by CC's unexplained disappearance.

Seriously, if the F6 had any balls at all the game would have went the way of BB Remix 2.I would think it takes more balls to stick it out. Underdog Jenna <3 <3 <3 she be why I lurve Alaska =] having a Koyuk representing in FTC was lurve. |

At least with me, I stuck it out because I was too pussy to cause a big fuss about it at the time. ^_^ I guess we just have a different perspective on it all.
Agree to disagree <3

I think I didn't like it because of the "let's quit and post an epic thread at GTS!" thing. It kinda seemed like just wanting attention. But
i'm sure y'all are glad you didn't quit once Will/Ralphie jumped in. =]

Nope, I'm pretty sure we just wanted to announce that we were putting that shi- er...experience to a rest. The thread was already there, just making the
announcement it was over. =)
Though everyone in that F6 is an attention whore in one form or another. |

*cries* Ok this is officially too hard. The next three games are about even, but having a three-way tie would be way too lame.
4. Edinboro's Survivor Malaysia Get it? This game gets fourth cuz I got fourth. Ha! Serves you right Arascunt! Anyone have an issue with this ranking take it up with him. =O Jk. Anywho, this game was so epic...it wasn't even funny. Well at least for me anyway. The most special thing about this game...and what tends to be the most special thing about most games was the cast <3 So active (the majority), so into it, so many characters. Edin made the risky choice of recuirting a number of new players from Clubs who had never played (or played very little) before, and it worked wonders! They were all so appreciative of the experience, they made me feel like a little n00b once more. ^_^ The board was active long after the game concluded which is always a clear sign of a game being great. Malaysia had a random cast of characters from pretty much every season (I'm gonna assume they were simply all of Edin's favos), and I had the [mis]fortune of being assigned Marcus as the last person to join the cast! Nobody wanted to play as Marcus? No wae. =p An attractive doctor who's avatar was shirtless the entire time? Weirdos. Anyway, the game begun without tribes, and was one of those 'PM everyone because of the obvious pick 'em coming' she-bangs. Aren't those sooooo tiring? I was on the more laid-back Jirafe tribe, dominated by various alpha males. The green font we had on the lurker bar was sexy as hell <3 In the beginning I was paranoid as hell since there was little to no strategy talk. Thought I was being left out and majorly screwed. Then I realized it was because none was going on. A dur. -_- I had made a strong connection with Aras before tribes and was lucky enough to land on the same tribe with him, since I wasn't present for the pick. We made it our business to be at the center of our tribe and run that shit like the dynamic duo we were. And thus, Arcus was born. <3 Oh and we formed a "Jirafe Boys Club" with Rob and Colby, one of the sexiest alliances I've ever been a part of, even if it didn't amount to much. There isn't much to say about the pre-merge portion. The drama tended to be on the other, dysfunctional, Pajarro tribe they apparently all hated each other. There was a swap after only 3 boots. I was lucky enough to stay on Jirafe and Arcus still ran that shit as if nothing changed. We thought we were sitting pretty and got quite cocky. Except there was yet another early merge. Wrong. Fortunately we weren't duds who lucked into power. We had plenty of connections that we had been cultivating the entire game, before tribes, after tribes, after the swap. Thank gawd for cross-tribal PMs. Yes exhausting, but your hard work will pay off in the end, yw. We pitched the right angle and got Kathy, Yau and Helen to join us at the F9 to overthrow Queen Penny and her boybitch Ken and uber villainous Brianna <3 Good times, good times. With their implosion, it was simply a matter of manuevering through the falling corpses and picking the best path to get to the end. We pulled off another epic blindside at F7. Then another at F6. =p Except that's when it all fell apart. What I remember about the game: 1) Arcus! Say what you will about our arrogance, our undeniable schmoozing charm, our hiding in plain sight tactics, but we kinda pwned that game. ^_^ So Aras ruined everything by getting greedy at the end, it still doesn't negate all the awesomeness we accomplished prior to that. "How could this happen? We started out like Romeo and Juliet, but it ended up in tragedy."
Isn't it beautful? ^_^ I should do one for every game I've played in, unless someone wants to beat me to the punch. But the fact that this game was the first one I felt inspired to make one for (I had at least played in a dozen before Malaysia) speaks volumes for it. Le sigh...Malaysia reunion whenever the hell it finished in a year's time kthx. <3 |

Mastermind Yul <3
Todd/Tina being "overthrown" even though they weren't really in power lol <3 Parvati getting super-screwed <3 Rob's blindside <3 Colby's jealouscunt tirade <3 Penny's blindside that she swears was not a blindside <3 Brianna's m.orph from UTR-sweetheart to epic bitch <3 Yau's heartbreaking blindside <3 Me getting jealous of Ken and forcing everyone to vote him off <3 Kathy being a two-timing MILF <3 Helen's FTC performance <3 And of course, Arcus <3 Just so much to love about this game. At F4....came one of the most brillaint blindsides in all of my ORG history It would have been if it wasn't for the lame LL-vote twist. But thnx! <3 Malaysia nostalgia
I love this avatar <3 |

BUT why oh why did you have to remind me of that shit avatar stuff? *cries* I had completely forgotten about that! Mine was the most disgusting in this history of the world. Don't even want to describe it, I think I'll get sick if I do. Marcus <3333333333333333 One of my favorite parts of that game was the endless Simpsons quotes back and forth we had, that helped inspire me to create the ranking thread of that subject here in Clubs. I never knew you had voted for me though! Boo! ;) Too bad you got screwed at F4, I would have gladly voted for you to win like in Alaska. Instead we got the worst F2 ever... until only a month or two later with you & GP in BB Eurasia. :P Malaysia had a random cast of characters from pretty much every season (I'm gonna assume they were simply all of Edin's favos), and I had the [mis]fortune of being assigned Marcus as the last person to join the cast! Fun fact: Although it wouldn't have mattered when you got him, I actually was the last member to join, as I replaced whoever the original Kenny Boi was supposed to be. :P A game I joined on a whim when Edin PM'd me about joining at the last minute sure turned out to be quite a great game! :P

I agree. There's not a dull day in that game. It was really a tragic final 2. Aras = the funny guy Marcunt = the arrogant bitch Kathy = the parent Ken = the nice guy Penny = the crazy one Brianna = the villain who called me boring but voted for me in the end Helen = the borewhore Rob = the loser Tina = the mute bitch Yauman = the angel sweetheart Parvati = the lol Cirie = the funny inactive Colby = the okay one Yul = he was the hilarious one according to the Jirafos Tom = the serious one Todd = the host's favorite Jenna = the token inactive Heidi = the inactive that reached the finals OH God... and I had no idea that you like Helen's Final TC performance, Mikester. Thanks They were really all different. AND OH, Lividmanda <3333 She made me lol a lot of times. |
