Lex was a total whiny douchebag at the finale no doubt. But where I actually did kinda feeel for him is when Morono's brother visited their camp and Morono gleefully and proudly bragged about how he "snaked" his dumbass friend or something to that effect. That was really shitty and none to do with the game whatsoever. I think people realize he loves to "play" the role of the arrogant jerk on camera but that single moment showed us that Morono really is a shitty excuse for a human being in everyday life. So yeah, for that I kinda see where Lex is coming from. Regardless, I hate them both.

Slob had the game handed to him - literally : he should have won 7-0 at the end - , and he somehow managed to fuck it up enough where he lost the jury vote. Thank you, Yema. Shit Ann and Alicia were obviously outsiders, but apparently when in doubt, I'm a racist. perfect Slob scenario: Shit Ann out at final 9 - he has everyone in his back pocket Instead, he alienated multiple people by voting out Alexi.

Tom wasn't going to flip on Chapera because he thought he could beat Rob at the end. If Lex had stayed another round or so, he could have convinced Tom to flip in hopes that he might beat Shii Ann or something. Rob had to overcome several obstacles in the race to his...eh, second place finish, it was not handed to him. He barely beat Lex in the final 9 immunity challenge, and was always at risk of getting his alliance dismantled. And Wyldawg, how is that any different than what we do here?

It's not against the rules and Lex should've known better but it was still a bitch-ass move to make. That's why I find it hilarious that he expected Lex to accept it happily and was surprised at how "bitter" everyone was when they didn't vote for him to win. Looking forward to seeing how the list plays out. :)

For the game. If it was an outside of the game request then Lex can't be mad about it's in-game consequences. If it had nothing to do with the game, then it had nothing to do with the game. On the other hand, if it was about the game then Lex can't be mad. Because only one person can win, and everyone knew that coming in. But I do appreciate Lex for being a bitter bitch, because bitter sore loser bitches are entertaining. But he's still wrong about the situation, and he's still a greedy son of a bitch for letting that ruin what he said was a genuine friendship.

Even the most ethical and honest person will have to look someone in the eye and say "Sorry honey, you don't deserve to be here." The only way around this is for everyone to agree that it's just a game, and the truly honest people will realize that any self imposed limits on ruthlessness is just self delusion.

If Person A is offended at Person B trying to win, then they're either a) a hypocrite or b) aren't playing themselves, in which case they shouldn't care if they don't win and shouldn't be angry if they lose.

Rupert Boneham Survivor: Pearl Islands- 8th/16, Survivor: All-Stars- 4th/18 & Survivor: America's Tribal Council- 1st/18 "ROAR!" So epic. IDK if many of y'all were around for Pearl Islands, but Rupert was WORSHIPPED here and like everywhere on planet Earth. It's actually kind of hard to analyze Rupert because he is such a larger than life character. Even the hate for him (which is mostly just a Sucks knee-jerk reaction to him being loved ) is way OTT. But there had to be some reason he was so loved back in the day, right? The truth is that Rupert made for AMAZING television. A fat, scary-looking, Hagrid-esque ogre with a heart of gold that's also a huge crybaby is some pretty original shit, so kudos to whoever discovered him in the casting process. And of course he had his endearing moments, which the jealous and bitter haters forget. Who wasn't moved to t.ears after his confrontation with Burton? OK, I wasn't actually moved to t.ears but it was still a heartwarming conversation, in which Rupert was very mature about the whole situation and really demonstrated his skills as a troubled-teen mentor. So ^_^ Rupert did have some not so great moments, such as the underground log cabin on the beach and strangling JFP, but hey we're all human. Deal with it. That's what made him such a great character. And as Survivor fans, we all owe Rupert a big thanks. He regenerated interest in the show in a BIG WAY back in the 2003-2004 era.
