As far as I know, those people haven't publicly come out (as straight OR gay). If we don't expect them to come out and declare that they are straight, then we shouldn't expect Adam to come out and declare that he is gay. Basically, the problem is that in this culture, it is generally ASSUMED that people are straight unless they say otherwise. It's really not fair that gay people have to "come out" while straight people don't. I think it would be better if everybody had to "check a box" if we're going to expect some of them to...

I don't really care if he comes out or not. That's his call. "Should" or "shouldn't" isn't really any of my business...

Instead, I'm just addressing whether he "is" or "is not" out. If he's asked if he's gay by the media and he doesn't answer the question, he is not OUT, no matter how many male dates he brings to private functions. He's Jodie Fostering it. Now, I have no problem with how Jodie has handled her personal life, but I don't consider her an "out" woman, even though it's no secret that she muff dives...

however, I think he doesn't need to answer the question directly to be considered OUT. if he's living his life in the open and isn't hiding or using a beard for appearances then for all intensive purposes he's openly gay, not in the closet. In the closet means you hide, Adam is clearly not hiding even if he's not saying YES I'M GAY.

I wish we still lived in a time when a celebrities personal life was still private. No one would've dared ask Rock Hudson if he was gay even though in Hollywood everyone knew he was.

I personally don't care what they do in their bedrooms as long as they aren't fucking animals and molesting children.

Sorry, but this drives me nuts. When someone straight says they are married, I don't immediately think "I don't care what you do in your bedroom".

Why does being gay equate about bedroom stuff or sexual stuff? It's an obvious statement but being gay is more than just a sex act. At least I think it's an obvious statement, but maybe not. Loving someone of the same sex automatically implies "I don't care what people do in their bedroom"?? Contrary to popular belief, gay people aren't swinging from the chandeliers having sex 24/7. It's a nice fantasy, but gay people are as boring as straight people most of the time.

oh I feel the same way about the straight celebrities too sea....I hate all the sex tapes and talk about sex and shit. I don't care what they do either and say as much about them too. It's not a gay thing...I meant overall I just don't give a fuck what celebrities do sexually as long as they aren't fucking animals or molesting kids.

I'll be honest and say I wanna bang Adam like he is a screen door caught in a Hurricane......so him I think about sexually, but overall I don't generally think of celebrities sexually and have no interest in their sex lives.

well I should've been more clear and said I don't care what ANY celebrity does in their bedroom. The way I said it made it sound like I meant just the "gay" ones and that's not what I meant at all.

now that I think about it, with Adam....I might make an exception and politely request a sex tape if possible...with a barn yard animal and a midget thrown in for good measure
