I've always liked Jenn and think she's pretty underrated. Was sometimes competing on par with Tom/Ian in a few challenges and her F4 play almost worked
out, really similar to the F4 play in PI with JFP

Jenn <3 and Dolly <3 indeed.
Alexis was supposed to be the sweetheart of Micronesia but she still failed in that role. |

215. Keith Famie (Survivor: Australia - 3rd Place) Sorry to all the Famie fans out there, but Keith really didn't make much of an impression on me, and this is the section of the list where forgettable people wind up. Keith had a poor social game, apparently, as he was outcast (along with Kel and Maralyn) from Ogakor, despite being one of the tribe's strongest members. Plus, to this day, people still say that Colby would've had a potential blowout had he taken Keith to the finals instead of Tina. But Keith had a few high points, like casting a throwaway vote for Mitchell that led to the first ever power-shift in Survivor history, which had Mitchell going home in after losing a tiebreaker. Keith toughed it out for a long time in the first challenge, just to protect his tribe from losing their numbers, unlike Varner, who's already showed up on the list. And of course, Keith's crowning moment was when, in a brief video conversation with his girlfriend, he proposed to her and she said yes. It was much more touching that several seasons later, because this time didn't involve Amber (she might've been there, but whatever).
214. Darrah Johnson (Survivor: Pearl Islands - 4th Place) Really, Darrah was the first girl to receive the horrific "UTR throughout the entire season, despite making the final 4" edit, but it's understandable, given just how annoying that stupid accent of hers is. Darrah was part of Morgan, which is basically a horrible tribe, but I can forgive her because she wasn't officially part of the Morgan clique that sucked so hardcore. Still, she didn't do a whole lot, other than be the smallest girl on her tribe, at least until the merge that is. Darrah always seemed to have some kind of a target on her back, yet it wasn't until the final 7 where she actually DESERVED it. She started off by winning a word puzzle challenge (which, again, seemed bizarre, what with the accent), but then went on to win the next two immunities, putting Burton, the only real alpha male left, to shame. She got booted in a brilliant move by Fairplay and then didn't do a whole lot else from there. Generally a boring character, she only gets this high because of how hilariously awesome her challenge whoring was.
213. John Palyok (Survivor: Vanuatu - 16th Place) For the record, I didn't rank John P. this high because of his appearance on Solitary, nor do I even watch Solitary to begin with. Nah, John P. was actually one of the better young guys in Vanuatu, despite being the second guy booted out of the game. He was kinda dumb, but it was a funny kind of dumb, which at least gave him a slight semblance of personality. And that dumbness came into play especially because he would often mispronounce words, or just use one word that was completely the wrong word for what he meant. Overall though, like most of the pre-merge boots in Vanuatu, John P. was really forgettable and really, I only felt sorry for him in the fact that John K. probably wqould've gone home in his place had the other John not won immunity, essentially sealing John P.'s fate. Also, he is really fucked up to look at. He's got these bug eyes that I would hate to find watching me late at night.
212. Stephanie Dill (Survivor: Thailand - 12th Place) Going into Thailand, Stephanie had a lot going for her in terms of potential. I mean, in her audition video, she stripped (and she may have been naked outside, but that could also be Lindsey, I'm not sure). And she was a female firefighter, so she had a lot of potential to be a really dominant female player in the same vein as Kelly Wiglesworth or Tammy Leitner. But Stephanie wound up on Sook Jai, which was a rather pathetic tribe to begin with, and the fact that one of the more forgettable members, who was also a pre-merge boot, made it this far, is a testament to that. Stephanie first got screwed by Jed's boot, which I've already said was extremely stupid, but then she got herself sick by refusing to sleep in the shelter with the rest of the tribe, catching a cold or something in the process. So both being sick AND antisocial eliminated Stephanie pre-merge, eliminating another strong player and leaving the weaker women in the game to completely decimate Sook Jai.
211. Ramona Gray (Survivor: Borneo - 13th Place) What is it with the black women from pre-ASS seasons getting voted in thirteenth place? Ramona is the third one to show up thus far. And she's also the second black player with a last name that's a color. I see what you're trying to do there, casting people! Ramona was supposed to be a big threat going into the game. She's a scientist and even Jeff Probst predicted she would do well. Unfortunately for Ramona, like Stephanie, she got sick early on, making her a liability to her tribe, so much so that even when she got better, it was too little, too late, and they voted her out anyway. But she did have a few key lines, including her comments on the tribe eating rats for protein, which is surprising in that it was something that didn't take place again until Jason in Micronesia. But other than that, I really don't remember that much about Ramona, so unfortunately, she just barely makes it out of the bottom 100, but she doesn't make the top 200. |

Darrah <3<3 I don't know what it is about her, but I really liked her. Maybe it's just because I find it hilarious every time she talks because
her accent doesn't fit her face at all, and she never talked, like ever, so when she did it always seemed random. I don't know.
John P was hilarious. He could've been epic. |

210. Sally Schumann (Survivor: Exile Island - 8th Place) Yupyup, I really didn't like many of the players on NuLa Mina, even underdog Sally. Did I feel bad for her when the boys made a stupid decision to boot her closest ally, rather than booting the woman who was just hanging in the wind at that point and was clearly weak? Yeah, I did. And I was rooting for her to survive over Ruth Marie in round 4, AND I was rooting for her to pull off some sort of a miracle in round 6 when where were no other XX chromosomes for the men to take out besides her. And hell, I felt bad when Terry kept winning immunity, essentially screwing her over again and again and leading to her being booted at the final 8. But really, all those moments are merely circumstantial. I mean, I like underdogs, but Sally didn't bring a whole lot, personality-wise, from what I saw. Plus she went on to vote for Aras over Danielle, which helped lead to one of the worst winners ever, even though Sally had really seemed like she was fighting for a girl to win up until that point.
209. Jessie Camacho (Survivor: Africa - 15th Place) Fun fact: I had a friend named Jessie Camacho in high school, and I made fun of her as often as I could by joking about how she had misspelled "friend" on a school project that she was working on. As for THIS Jessie Camacho, it was as much, if not more of a disappointment than Stephanie Dill to see her go out the way she did. I mean, I generally root for cops, firefighters, military people and stuff like that because I really am awestruck by their heroism, and Jessie was not only a cop, but a semi-attractive cop too. But then she got sick from dehydration or something only a few days into Africa and she was the second player booted out of the game. Granted, this probably saved both Clarence and Kim J., which is great, but still, it sucked to see Survivor's first latina player get taken out like such a complete punk. Sadly, I don't remember much more about her, so she misses out on the top 200.
208. Gina Crews (Survivor: Marquesas - 11th Place) Gina's story is a nice one, but sadly, I just don't remember a whole lot that she, personally, did, and so I can't rank her higher. She got stuck in the middle of one of the biggest pissing contests in Survivor history with four guys who all really wanted to take the reigns and control the tribe. Gina latched onto the strongest of those guys, Hunter, and did her best to ride him to the finals. Unfortunately, Gina's strong work ethic and superior challenge skills intimidated Boston Rob, so Hunter and Patricia, both Gina's allies, were booted within the first three episodes. But then she was saved by a swap...that was like jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire. She got stuck on a tribe of an old man, a crazy old lady, two weaker young girls, and essentially, Gina became the challenge whore of NuMaraamu. That's how unbalanced things were. And not only that, but she was stuck with only one cushion boot before she would inevitably be picked off by the Rotu majority. She tried her best but just came up short in the end. But this is another case of her making it high for the circumstances she was in, rather than her as a character, so 208 is the end of the line.
207. Mike "Frosti" Zernow (Survivor: China - 8th Place) It really says something about the greatness of China's casting when the only people who've shown up on my list thus far are Denise (for obvious reasons) and the only two players that were relatively ignored during the season, and both of those players were GUYS. Frosti started off strong from a first impression. I mean, we have an Asian guy who's physically fit and knows parkour and all kinds of cool shit, plus he was, at the time, the youngest player in Survivor's history and the only person younger than twenty years old ever to be cast. And he definitely did his best to help his tribe in challenges, but unfortunately, Fei Long was utterly stacked against them. So Frosti stuck around because there was really no reason to target him, and he made it to the swap where he got stuck on NuFei Long in one of the least fair swaps in Survivor history. He managed to survive over there by pledging absolute loyalty to his Fei Long overlords, and they even spared him over Sherea, despite him knowing the secret of their Hidden Immunity Idol. But then he basically just became Fei Long's bitch and they tossed him aside like he was nothing, when he was playing their sheep the whole time. It was kind of disappointing to see him play the game that way.
206. Amber Brkich (Survivor: Australia - 6th Place) While I may feel that Amber was, in absolutely no way, deserving of being on All-Stars, in Australia, she really wasn't THAT bad. Sure, she was boring and was one of the first two people to ever get REALLY shafted by the editors (although Nick got it worse), but she also had Jerri to make her look better by comparison, and she WAS kinda cute (she's much better looking now though). Still, Amber was part of the initial clique on Ogakor which I hated and was rooting for the demise of, and she only really stuck around because Mitchelle was a complete dumbass at Ogakor's third tribal council. Had he not been so dumb, we would've been spared the worst winner in Survivor history six seasons later. Still, Amber does have some good points, like the fact that her inclusion helped to make Jerri look even MORE bitchy and made Jerri look like even MORE of a villain because she had her own little sheepy sidekick to help her in her villainy. So that's certainly something, right? |

I'm glad to see Gina won't be ridiculously high on this list, like she is on all the others.
It's sad that Frosti let himself go because he was actually kind of cute in China. Amber <3 but she was kind of boring so I'm not sad to see her out. |

That's a really freaky picture of Frosti. Gina is way overrated, so I'm glad she's not too high, and you kinda helped me remember that Australia
Amber was actually kinda sweet. She was funny on the commentary (in Australia). Nice update!
