The airplane is flying over the Pacific Ocean, on its way to Indonesia. On the flight are sixteen Real World, Road Rules, and Fresh Meat alumni, ready to partake in another Challenge. Evan's in the can, using this as a confession booth.

Evan: I can see there's sixteen of us on this new Challenge. We're all nervous and unsure what's going to happen.

Kenny: Dude, get the fuck out of there, it's my turn!

Evan gets out of the bathroom and Kenny enters.

Kenny: There's sixteen of us, and we're all not sure what's going to happen to us.

Evan walks by Susie, who's engaged in a conversation with Kina.

Kina: So I was like, "Do you KNOW who you're talking too? I'm Kina!" And he's like, "Um, no." And then I say, crying my eyes out, "How can you not know who I am? I am a REALITY STAR!"

Susie: Honey, he was just jealous that you're more famous than he is. And he's sexist.

Kina: Yeah, that must be it. What a sexist fuck.

Paula pops up.

Paula: Who said fuck? I wanna fuck!

From across the aisle, Trisha rolls her eyes.

Trisha: No one wants to fuck your skanky ass, balloon tits.

Kina and Susie laugh their ass off, while Paula sulks.

Paula: I wish my Dummy Bear was here.

A few rows down, Greg is looking at himself with a portable mirror.

Rachel: Aren't you finished with my mirror yet?

Greg: Shut up, peasant.

Rachel: What did you just call me? I am NOT a pheasant!

Greg: Peasant, not pheasant. God, you're a moron.

Rachel: Moron?!

Danny notices the commotion and comes to the rescue of his former housemate.

Danny: Dude, chill out. Leave the girl alone.

Greg: And you should care why?

Adam joins in to Danny's side.

Adam: It's not cool, man.

Greg: Whatever. You all get out of my space. You're making it uglier by the minute.

Danny: Dick.

Adam: Douche.

Rachel: Asshole.

Back a couple of rows, Eric is standing in the aisle, making a ruckus.

Eric: Big Easy's in the house! Who wants to step up and rap my ass?

Derrick: Sit down, man. The seatbelt icon is lit, and we have to stay in our seats until it's off. If my wife finds out that I'm not, she'll kill me.

Johnny: God, you're such a pussy.

Eric: Hey hey hey! It's FAT ERIC!

Johanna: We get it, you're fat. Who cares?

Evan: Hey, you leave Eric alone! What'd he ever do to you?

Johanna: Like you even give a shit about him!

Kenny: That is not true! We're friends, even after he collapsed like a beached whale during the final mission.

Diem: You should be more considerate, Joey. Maybe then Wes will want you back.

In the back of the plane, sitting alone is Julie. She looks out of the window, not wanting to interact with the cast. She doesn't know them, and for lack of a better word, doesn't give a shit about them. She was surprised to get the call to join the cast, but took it anyway. The TV flickers on, and Agent Krakauer appears on the screen.

Agent Krakauer: Hello, Julie.

Julie: Aah! Who are you?

Agent Krakauer: I'm Agent Krakauer, and I have a special assignment for you.

Julie: Really?

Agent Krakauer: Yes, really. On this plane are fifteen other alumni from the Real World, Road Rules, and Fresh Meat. Your job is to kill them all.

Julie: Excuse me?

Agent Krakauer: You heard me. You must kill them all by crashing this plane into the Ocean below. In the luggage compartment above you is a bomb and a parachute. Place the bomb in the lavatory and set it. The detonator is the rip cord of the parachute. Make your escape by opening the emergency exit doors and jump out, then pulling the cord to explode the airplane. You will land safely on an island below.

Julie: Why would I do all this? I'm not capable of killing anyone....Except for Veronica, but that's because I hate her fucking guts.

Agent Krakauer: You are the only one that can deliver the world from these evils. You know that the reason you stopped coming was because of these tools.

Julie looked out to see Johanna, Paula, and Trisha engaging in an orgy with the others watching. She shuddered and knew that Agent Krakauer was right.

Julie: Fine. I'll do it.

Agent Krakauer: Good. $300,000 will be forwarded to your account when you return to the States.

Julie: That's more like it.

Julie shut the TV off and got out of her seat. She opened the compartment and found the bomb right next to a parachute. She took a deep breath before taking the bomb and carrying it past the others to the bathroom.

Kina: You guys! This is so not like cool at all! God will smite you all for your promiscuity!

Diem: Don't be so judgmental, you little bitch.

Kina: OH MY GOD, what'd you call me?

Diem: I said I had an itch. Must be from the cancer.

Susie: It came back?

Diem: No.

Julie opened the bathroom door and nearly dropped the bomb when she saw Evan, Johnny, and Kenny having a menage a trois.

Johnny: Let's have a look at that fresh meat of yours.

Evan: I always loved you guys.

Kenny: Same here, buddy. Same here.

Julie slowly placed the bomb inside the bathroom and closed the door behind her, rushing back to grab the parachute.

Derrick: Why are you running, Julie? My wife says that you shouldn't run in the aisles when an airplane is in flight. You could fall and hurt yourself and other passengers!

Greg: You are such a bitch.

Julie ignored him and put on the parachute. She struggled to open the emergency exit and finally undid the lock. Oxygen masks began to deploy and the passengers screamed in terror.

Danny: WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!

Kina: Julie's trying to kill us!

Julie: Hasta luego, motherfuckers! Yahoo!

Julie jumped out of the airplane and once she was a safe distance from the plane, pulled on the cord. The plane exploded in a fireball, wreckage flying just around her. She spotted the island below and descended right onto a beach.

Julie: I can't believe that actually worked! That was so much fun!

A rustle in the bushes stopped her laughter and a man with long blonde hair stepped out.

Sawyer: Well, well, well. What have we here, sweetcheeks?
