Here's a better idea: why don't we get Kris and Adam to wear only skimpy Speedo-type suits and fight it out in a ring of jello? Last one standing wins
American Idol 8. That way, no one can say that the show is rigged.

Kris maybe but not Madam. .He's porked up quite abit and has other nasty stuff going on. And he outweighs Kris by 50 lbs. minimum so it wouldn't be a
fair fight.
Although, I like the idea of neither of them singing. |

I actually plan on enjoying the final two perform and not even voting. I'm perfectly happy with either of them at this point. Who wins won't
necessarily have anything to do with who is successful, they are in different genre's and will both do well I imagine.
I've loved Madam since the beginning and Kris really grew on me towards the end. It's all good. |

I think Kris has a very good chance of winning over Adam too. But think about it - during the concert tour:
the idols come out one by one, the suspense builds as we get closer to the top.....the performers get better and better (in most cases)......then we're down to Allison and she totally rocks the show, then Danny with his, I have to admit, powerful voice, then Adam goes ape-shit all over the stage with his energy and high pitched scream singing........ and then Kris on his acoustic guitar. For the tour alone, Adam must win. |

I posted in the dial idol thread that even though I hated Danny, part of me wanted Kris to go over Danny because I felt Kris fans would be more inclined to
vote for Adam in the finals (over Danny) than Danny fans would (against Kris). While I still believe Adam is the favorite and I most certainly hope he wins, a
Kris win would not be all that shocking to me.

I think the winner will be whichever one hides his mouth better. Between the tongue and the lopsided lips we have a whole lot of "don't need to see
that" going on with these two.

I too have loved Adam from the beginning and grew to love Kris and so I honestly don't care who wins at this point. I think Adam is an amazing performer with an out-of-this-world control of a huge range, and Kris is a very talented musician who can effortlessly rearrange things to fit him and sound beautiful. And, they both seem like sweet, fun, humble guys who seem to be good friends. Like Ruben and Clay...I honestly think each would be genuinely happy for the other no matter who wins as they'll compete in different markets in the real world. And, no matter who wins, both will easily have a chance at the recording world. I just hope 19 doesn't bog them down with shit on their albums. |
