Problem with her first album is that you could easily tell it was rushed and had no well-known song writers or producers. God Loves Ugly is seriously one of the worst songs I have ever had the displeasure of listening to. Most of the songs seemed like young Shitney Spears rip offs. I already bought Battlefield, the single though. :)

And... it's true, Battlefield is the best song on the album, which isn't a good thing. The album is probably worse than the first one! :O Some songs are just so cliche and insipid that they are just putrid. Faith is the God Loves Ugly spin off which manages to be just as horrible as the predecessor. SOS, the supposed next single, is average at best, I would be shocked if it even cracked the top 20 on the Hot 100. Had Jordin done more songs with Ryan Tedder, Sam and Louis, the album would probably be one of the best albums of the year. Dr. Luke's song is a junker which is kind of surprising because he has worked on plagiarized some extremely successful songs. I'd give the album a D. The only reason it's not a complete Fail is because Battefield is better than any song she's done so far. If I were Jordin, I'd be very nervous for my recording career if this is the kind of shit album that she wanted to put out.

I don't think it's bad - a lot of the songs just sound the same and a little too bubblegum-pop. With her first album, all her singles were pretty distinct. I think with a lot of these, I wouldn't be able to tell it was Jordin singing them. But Battlefield is EPIC <333

And people here think Kelly is a flop? These numbers are massively disappointing for the season six winner. "Battlefield" was such a good single too. Maybe this will grow?
