Soz, Gary sucked and tried way too hard. Funny teams who have to work to come up with clever lines >>> more natural teams like Mark/Bill who never actually say anything droll |

I'd rather watch Andre/Damon than Mark/Bill so I guess you're right.
And Marc and Rovilson gave lots of effort <3333 ^_^ |

And Marc and Rovilson gave lots of effort <3333 ^_^The effort of writing a great novel is admirable. The effort of straining out an enormous turd isn't |

Gary/Dave were great. Yeah, maybe Gary tried a bit too hard, but he was actually funny most of the time. Unlike the fake hippies from TAR9

That was one of the most laffo-worthy moments in TAR history. He was so good at egging her on (intentionally or unintentionally.)

gary/wil/oswald >>>>>> everyone I have found this to be true. The three of them sharing a taxi and dancing together in Leg 3 = best TAR mini-alliance ever <3 The only really groan-inducing line of Gary's was his volleyball line to Shola/Doyin. And yes, this myth that TAR3 is better than TAR2 is incorrect, although they are the top two seasons. |

Flo is seriously amazing and singlehandedly lifts that season in my rankings <3

TAR3 definitely has the best F3, winners, all-around team (Ken/Gerard >>>>>>>>> all), and all-around episode (308) but other than
Dieselgate (and I suppose the Heather/Eve elimination) it got off to a pretty slow start, whereas TAR2 was all killer, no filler (even the F4 episodes are
pretty good). Really, you can't go wrong with either of those seasons--or TAR1 and TAR5 for that matter--but TAR2 is pretty much perfect.

After alpha males dominating the first two seasonsDerek/Drew dominated TAR3 more than Chris/Alex dominated TAR2 - they were at the bottom frequently, while the WonderTwins only really stunk on the first leg and the F4 elimination. TAR3 also started the "young couples doing amazingly well" trend that started to taint the show from TAR6+ 308 is the best NEL ever, though |

A Dying Clown wrote: Points - 1) Even though D/D did shitty on two legs, did anyone really expect the alphas to be so close to elimination so early on? 2) Most of the young couples went in the middle of the series, with JVJ (who weren't really amazing) and Flo/Zach (who got NEL'd twice, not to mention who had to deal with Flo's ever decreasing mental state) being the exceptions. 3) 511, anyone? 910? 208? And beatles, 311 > 308. |
