My game usually revolves around positioning myself as like the second-in-command so that if I ever end up in the minority I'm not the first person targeted and I have time to scramble after the no. 1 gets taken out. Being "low-key" like you said. I know that's completely NOT your style at all, but that's just how Frankie do so you better get used to it. But yeah, Candace was just...a disaster. I just felt really weird when the game started and couldn't shake it. As for S:AS2, I was planning on laying UTR before I was sure I had absolutely power but that ended abruptly last night. |

Pulau Tiga wrote:No one gets it do they? I WAS actively strategizing and hatching plots...I just could never get them carried out. I don't know why, but if I remember correctly, I think it was because I wanted the Heroes to stick together, and Niki and Elle would not have it. So the numbers were just never there for me. But to say that I wasn't strategizing is not true at all. But my amazing social game did make up for my unsuccessful strategic moves. I did like the challenge parabola as well. That was...unintentional, believe it or not. =P And I promise you'll see charismatic IS again. I'm sick of the cocky bastard/douchebag shtick. But apparently when I'm nice, I lack game...so I have to find a happy medium I guess. Thanks for putting me as #30. I'm actually surprised Claire made it this far! |

Does that mean my longest lasting character on this list beat IS's longest lasting? YAY!

But hey, it's probably a winning strategy to go far, I know this. Just doesn't particularly impress me, is all. I think you're 100% capable of taking charge of a game and rocking it hardcore, so I really want to see that happen. You've proven you can pull out wins when you want to. Now bedazzle me. =P Oh, and FranklinBluth <3. Just so we're clear. But Blackie and Jonathan meh. |

Oh, c'mon, Blackie was good. I probably should've been more of an OTT asshole once I knew everyone was sticking with me anyway.
I'll admit FvF Jonathan wasn't the greatest character ever, but he was good in Sinners and Saints. I promise. |

Claire eternal <3 Our flip at F5 was the best move ever. I hate it when obnoxious game sharks don't give credit to "weaker" players for making
the biggest game changing power moves in a season, especially when the people being blindsided were oh so awesome. <_<
You still should have taken me to the end! I forget why I couldn't show up that day. RL always gets in the way towards the end game for me. Rotton luck. ETA my later notation of apparent jealousy: She eventually ended up on my tribe (the dream tribe of All-Stars, really)hahahahaha lame.

I think you were sick. And funny story, had you been there, I would've taken you and would've lost apparently. But when you didn't show up and
Shannon did, I just saw no way that I could take you. It would be such an AWFUL thing to do to Shannon, I was thinking.

Apparently I would have beaten you. I was really surprised by that revelation too. <_< at me being sick. You deserved the win though! I was really
douchey and OTTN towards my enemies. I'm sure people would have been even more pissed to see Ben crowned the winner of Lost Heroes. lol

Oops, meant to say you would've WON. Yeah, I would've lost to you. You were the goat, and by taking the goat, I would've been too much of a "coward" to win. |

AmandaGoddess <333 So robbed. Twice.
Btw, Lill says she regrets not idolling you instead Judd. =P I would have much preferred Greg or Kelly...or even Shane. |

But you weren't completely disposable! I totally planned to take you to, like, the Final 5. That Storm quit was so inconvenient. I still maintain that it didn't affect anything since we were going to boot her next anyway. But I guess I'll wait til my writeup.

What was Double Trouble's format anyway? I always hear SO many bad things about it. <_>

JaMalle wrote:I just thought it was really obvious and expected. I knew when I left at F6 that Niki would probably be following me out the door. It might have been a huge game move from your perspective, but from my point of view, it was just the inevitable collapse of the player I was rooting for. IS wrote: Oh, I still have no idea what happened on pre-merge Heroes, nor do I particularly care. All that matters to me is that there was an epic struggle for power that led to much public drama and a disjointed post-merge group. <3 JaMalle wrote: How so? I don't really remember the attitude of the jury at the time, but I seem to remember thinking Claire had the win locked no matter who she took to the Final 2. SNES wrote: Yup, that would have been the much better game move for her. But idoling out Amanda was pretty appropriate anyway. cardswin wrote: Yup. But who will win out? Time will tell! Nick wrote: I don't think there was anything inherently wrong with the core concepts of the format. Basically, we started out on teams of 2. Each round consisted of a team competition of some sort for Immunity (I think?), and then a vote. The team with the most votes was sent to the elimination room, where the two players squared off against one another in a challenge. The loser of that challenge was eliminated, the winner was paired up with the next surviving player. At some point it became individual and then the game became far too focused on challenges, but the format was still workable enough. There just ended up being a lot of hosting problems, and when you add in the player difficulties, it made for a real mess of a game. It finished off in the only appropriate fashion, with one member of the Final 2 getting themselves disqualified. Remote is totally not to blame for a bad game idea, it just ended up failing in execution for a number of different reasons. |

There weren't hosting problems, there were challenge issues and then players bitching about calls.
