Here is a picture of my new Scion, that I bought today, so I figure I make just enough money!

I feel very lucky to be able to buy any new car, this happens to be the car I picked. I could have bought any new car up to about $40,000.00 but I like this
one!!
I also have no problem shopping at Kmart or Odd Lot for that matter. |

First of all, you're not lucky, unless you've won the lottery, you've earned that ability to buy a new car. I hate people that tell me I'm
lucky for being 10x more financially stable than them. So don't ever feel like you are undeserved, or let someone imply that you are.
That being said, I don't know why you would have picked a Scion unless it was simply because of price. Kmart sucks. |

Actually, I bought it because I liked it, and it was way lower to the ground then my 07 Wrangler. It has a ground clearance of 5 and some odd inches and the
wrangler is 10 to 12 inches. The height has recently become a problem for me to get up into the Jeep.
I definitely deserve what I make, but I still feel lucky. There are tons of people who deserve it and have lost their job, due to reasons beyond their control, and aren't able to make money right now. Been there done that, so I guess that is why I feel lucky, or maybe blessed not to be on the unemployment line. Oh and I suppose that if I wanted to get into debt, I could have bought a more expensive car, but there really is no need to get bogged down in a hefty car payment, especially in these economic times. IMO KMart sucks, In your opinion. It all depends on what you are buying. I like Target, I suppose they suck also!! |

HOLD ON THERE!
As I understand it, Scion is a branch of Toyota.....that's good stuff there. And I think the scion cars have a lot of style and are flshy looking. I don't know much about them....but they seem to be making some cool cars. I like that one above. |

it's not the fault of the people working there. yes it is, they should have worked harder and they wouldn't be fired. |

huh? Was it the fault of the Amoco people when BP bought them? Or the fault of the people who worked for the oil companies who had concessions in Venezuela
when Chavez nationalized all the oil fields? Or the fault of the workers in factories whose owners decided that Mexican/Chinese/etc labor out of the US was
cheaper, so they closed up shop here and moved their manufacturing plants to another country?

Yes. We should have been willing to work for 20 cents an hour and shared cramped living spaces with 20 of our closest relatives.
We spoiled americans are way too much about luxury. |
