Great epi.....seeing Andrew McCarthy go thru heavy duty drug withdrawal. What's up with Boris? Does anyone know when the series is finished for the season and whether it's been picked up for more eps.? |

I caught it -- seeing Andrew McCarthy back in action really was kind of cool.
But dammit the brother just keeps pushing the annoyance meter off of the register. He sets out to make a friend with a cute Polish chick? Spare me. I'm glad she turned blue. The Hank & Jill romance is getting really old, too. Boris is the only thing keeping my interest. Obviously he's got some sort of disease that can be cured only by experimental treatment, thus Hank. I hope the shark's still OK. |

Andrew McCarthy looked good. I never liked the way he looked w/ his babyfat. I'm liking this show, so glad to hear its been renewed. I do hope they make it
a little less silly though. His brothers shtick is getting old.

Hi GNG-miss ya.
You're Dead on about Divya (yummy) and Doofus doing the horizontal Mambo.(just one more thing on the show I'd like to do-Divya not Doofus). I think the writers are very sharp-I think they are bored with Jill too but season 2 should see the return of 6 months later girl and Hallucination girl etc.Plus I thought they cliffhanged / faked us out nicely with Divya BUT its just an engagement party-LOOONG way to go before she leaves him at the Altar. (Hank deserves Divya but will probably end up with the hospital Admin. Doofus deserves an STD and will probably get it and I believe the writers know how cool Boris is as a subplot and Hemo boy and hypochondriac girl and Nick Nolte Daddy drug addict etc. And despite all of us posters love for this show-NOBODY has commented on what a medical disaster magnet hank is ? or how he never seems to Fail or be wrong ? House by comparison seems to be wrong a lot even in the same eppy sometimes.

Those are my favorite plots of the series -- hypochondriac girlfriend is my favorite character on the show. Sadly in the finale, bupkus on those stories. Instead we get more Jill handwringing and Divya's handwringing -- although she looked particularly awesome in the Hindu outfit. Plus Evan loses all the bucks to a fraud scheme and doesn't think that Hank might be a little more understanding if he knew Daddy was involved? yeah right. As soon as they mentioned the afternoon ice teas, I knew that would be the cause of the dementia. Nice that they didn't have a murdering sister though. Loved the Patricia Arquette reference though. Speaking of which, why did they plug the Housewives of ___ franchise? |

I love Divya and Doophas, I hope they don't put them together though and we keep the Bones and Booth vibe instead of making them a couple.

They promoted Housewives because THIS show is HOT. I mean its not perfect but it meshes well and the flaws are not glaring.Do not get the Booth Bones reference
is that from Bones? Cuz I prefer them to keep the oil and water/Spock and McCoy relationship as well-everybody doesn't need to hook up after all. And
Piranha you might get drunk despondent Jill next year so cross your fingers.Love the Hypo girl as well and thought it great when she bit down hard on Daaddy
delinquent-cant remotely tell where that or the lawsuit will end up or their Dad the jackass. A lot of times as well the the drink at bed time, Shark dna for
longevity solutions seem obvious but they tell the story well and i like the view and the journey.
