I got a call today from this hispanic (presumably) man claiming that I was interested in something. I wasn't.
The accent was thick and I couldn't really understand what they were saying - but it sounded like it had something to do with real-estate. I didn't recognize the number.
I did a reverse phone look up and the phone number is from Lawrence MA, Essex County.
The second time I spoke to this number a woman answered and then handed the phone back to the man.
So I tried calling back AGAIN with my number blocked and no one responded - it went to the default AT&T voicemail.
When I had a friend call them unblocked, the same woman answered and said hello. She said her name was Heidi, and my friend claimed that he must have the wrong number. She said "okay I think you do" and then hung up.
I do NOT know this number, who it is, or what scam they're trying to pull off with real-estate.
But it's annoying and if you guys want to harass them for ruining my day, have at it. If you want to congratulate them for wrecking my day, have at it. If you want to hit them up for M4M, have at it.
