He was right there in the thick of the torture authorization. He's complicit in this. The one thing that cracks me up is when people in the media and maybe here say "if we waterboard, then it gives our enemies permission to waterboard.
Would you like our people waterboarded by the enemy?"
It would be a huge move towards civility over the live beheadings with a butcher knife, dragging behind trucks, and hanging from bridges that they have done so far. |
