My first hated choice was already posted by blonde which would be any _______ and the _________. A good friend of mine keeps yammering on about Me First and the Gimme Gimmes and keeps trying to make me listen to them, but on the basis of their name alone, I REFUSE. I don't care how good they might be. |

I really do think The Yeah Yeah Yeahs is a great name for a band. It's such a common lyric in a myriad of tunes, that it's pretty much iconic.
I'm surprised no one else had snagged it earlier.

We had a local band here called Free Beer.
They thought it would be great on marquees. Not surprisingly, that didn't fly and they had to change it after a bit. |

I'd actually reverse yours, Gameshow. Thievery Corp sounds pretentious. Joydrop is sorta poppy, but still works for me.
