I guess you're right. And having Sarah win veto is never assured........perhaps they could have really got in her head and said James would stay if she didn't use it? Or that they would put her up and send her home if she used it on James?
I'll remove that bonus. |

He did stumble at the start (but didn't Hatch as well?), but he was still in a good position as he was the least obnoxious of the Horsemen, so he'd be the last picked off. He had studied how to tell if people are lying before the game, faked a romance in order to stay in the game, etc....
And by dominating, I mean statistically, which obviously points to Drew as being the game's greatest player. Is he the best winner? Far from it. In fact, he probably played the sloppiest game of any at the start. |

but this goes hand in hand with that Survivor ranking thread that I complain about -(love ya still) -when you're dissecting a game about manipulating human conditions, you cannot weigh it in terms of competitions. if it were a sporting event then yes -but most of the game is played off the court and in dealing with people's minds.
Danielle hardly won anything and it was to her advantage. |

Speaking of Drew's lucky break, what exactly was the reason for Adria nominating Will? I'm trying to think back, but I really have no clue.
BTW, besides what I pointed out, I think it's a great list Survivorx3. |

Adria and Natalie were power hungry bitches, that's all. They got greedy.
I was so incredibly pissed with the twin twist that I quit watching afterwards. It was unfair for lots of people in the game, and Adria/Natalie's only claim to fame was that they were twins because they did nothing else in the game. They had zero memorable moments, quotes, etc... |

Diane and Nakomis both had a better grasp on the social game, that's for sure. Strategically, Diane was easily the best player, but put far too much trust into Drew, who you could argue was more grounded in the game at the end.

ekk, I guess. Maybe I'm just biased for Nakomis, but I thought Diane was an overly agressive player -and thought she definitely should have knocked out Cowboy in final five -since she still would have Drew in final four -and final four is the same crap shoot with or without the 3/1 or 2/2 numbers -if you don't have HOH you need that veto. Worse thing that happens is Drew wins HOH and Karen wins veto -as opposed to Karen/Nak winning HOH and Drew or Diane winning veto and knocking out on of the girls. If one of the girls wins veto and Drew doesn't have HOH, he would go and she'd be no worse off.
these lists are made so we argue about them, right? I'm not offending the work you've put into it, I hope? |

Drew certainly has some stats on his side, just in terms of competitions, but damn was he far from being a good player.
Remember, he was going to take Diane to the F2 with him...he said something like "oh yeh, i'm going to take you and ill win the money" Well Diane stupidly then convinced him how she was going to get the jury votes to beat him (and she would have), which convinced him he had to take Cowtard. And thats just one example of many. The only part of the game Drew excelled at was competitions, because outside of that all he did was sleep and shit.

Drew is probably (forgive me, as I've never seen BB 1 and 4) the worst winner ever. I haven't seen a weaker winner, strategically speaking.
You speak of the Holly fuck-up like it's simply no big deal. No other winner has ever done anything remotely that suicidal to their own alliance. Granted, Will didn't try too hard to save Chill Town, but he didn't cause its implosion like Drew did with the horsemen. To say that he's even in the same league as Will or Maggot (yeah, I have to credit the bitch's strategic game) is laughable. |

Drew rode Diane's coattails, although I love me some coattail riding UTR peepz, it still so obvious that Diane came up with everything..even though the six finger plan was great, I thought Diane had a really good move in the final five when Nak was HOH and Drew and CB were nominated to throw the veto to her so that Nak had no choice but to nominate Karen, her only ally when she vetoed Drew, that was an awesome maneuver...I remember Drew and CB not getting that concept until much later when Diane had to explain it in detail

Drew made one "strategic" play the whole game--booting Diane.
Other than that, he was an awful player. Diane saved his ass so many times--first by manipulating Adria into nominating Will and then winning veto and saving Drew, leading to Karen's eviction. Let's be honest here--if Drew were ugly or average looking--his ass would have been kicked to the curb with the rest of the Horsemen. People compare Ereka or Lisa to Amber--the truth is that Drew is the real Amber in Big Brother. |
