What do you all think of stripping HOH even further to a positive two points? Right now, winning HOH in a given week means six points (three for escaping nominations (since it's +3 points for each placing), three for winning it) and potentially seven if there's a tie-breaking vote. Take a look at the results with HOH given a one point deduction in all seasons: 1. Mike "Boogie" Malin (All Stars): 68 2. Drew Daniel: 65 3. Adam Jasinki: 57 4. Dick Donato: 53 5. Jun Song: 53 6. There's a few Cowboy sorta players that move up because of this but I can't blame them for playing the useless log role so well. Besides, he did miss $500,000 by only one vote.

I'm taking away the F2 bonus entirely. There's absolutely no point. First/second placers still have a three point advantage over third in the first place. Taking away that extra five point cushion will move would-be winners ahead of F2 goats.

Memphis earned the following on Thursday: +1: Surviving A Vote Before F3 -1: Coming Within One Vote Of Elimination -3: Votes Against +3: Automatic Points Received For Finishing 9th Instead of 10th So, he came out absolutely even and stays at the 13 points he had prior to tonight's voting. Interesting. Obviously, I would have noticed that I didn't add Memphis's votes against to the score section at some point down the road but thanks for saving me the time now. I just added a new category called "Perfect Voting Score Before F4"...shockingly few managed this. One of them is Amy Crews who only voted once in the entire game (!)

Posts: 5775 (08/11/08 11:51 PM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	A few scores near the top were completely wrong due to all of these changes being made, thus they've been fixed. - Will was one vote within elimination twice, rather than once, so he loses a point... ...but I decided to take away the penalty for finishing in the F2 but not winning the F3 HOH by adding "being taken to the Final 2" as a one point bonus. - Sheila's score must've been undervalued as part of the period when I gave 1st/2nd place the same rank score. She played a great game by this metric, earning only one vote against her and racking up a solid voting score along with having the veto used on her twice. - I stripped away the "not-dropping the F3 HOH competition" deduction to Ivette as Janelle likely would've attempted to use that against her in a F2 scenario. In return, Ivette & Beau lose a point for the "last standing couples" as it would've had to be anyone in the first place and is actually a benefit to their game (and consequently, the reason Beau was evicted). Natalie/Adria also don't deserve to receive an added bonus for this unfair advantage, so they each lose a point. - Daniele Donato jumps four points on our list. I never gave her an award of three points for no votes against in the regular game. Meanwhile, being taken to the Final Two by her father gives her an extra point.

Some notes: - Memphis & Ollie have both not won a single competition in their entire stay in the house. Excluding Dr. Will, the record for HOH is held by Cowboy who made it through to the end without ever winning the competition although he did win the Power of Veto. Bunky's fifth place finish in the show's inaugural strategic season is the highest placing for a non-purposeful losing streak in Big Brother history while Cowboy made it all the way to the Final Four before winning his veto. - Ollie hasn't been nominated yet. If he makes it through to the Final Six unscathed, this will be one of the longest runs in history. 1. Danielle/Jason: Never formally nominated. On the block at F3 as a result of Lisa's HOH win. 3. Drew: Made it through to the tenth eviction before being thrown down to the wolves. 4. Zach, BB8 & Joshuah, BB9: Nominees for the eighth evictions. 6. Bunky, BB2: The seventh to be evicted. 7. Ollie: Not nominated through the first six evictions.

Aside from that no repeat veto winners or HOHs yet :P Makes sense that Dan would be #1 then. Most of this ranking is still doesn't make sense though :P

There's evictions for 6th, 5th and 4th place on the horizon. Not impossible for him to win a key HOH or two and sneak under the rug in another week. If Memphis or Jerry win HOH on Thursday, they probably won't gun for Ollie (especially Jerry). From there, there could be enough in-fighting erupting between the remaining houseguests that Ollie can glide under.

If Dan were to lose 7-0, he'd still have the highest score of any player this season. If Dan defeats Memphis by a margin greater than 5-2, Memphis will finish below Keesha. Dan looks to go down as a Top Ten player no matter what and could rank as high as third all time as a sweep of the jury votes for him isn't impossible, and actually, quite likely.

Keesha also had only one vote against the entire game. Keesha (+6 voting score = +5 voting score and perfect voting score bonus) Jerry (+2 voting score) Jerry (nominated 4 times before F3) Keesha (nominated 3 times before F3) Jerry (3 votes against) Keesha (1 vote against) Keesha (5 points from challenges) Jerry (6 points from challenges) Basically, Jerry had the wool pulled over his eyes more often and sat around in an alliance that was disassembled pretty effectively by the other. His only claim over Keesha is that he won one more veto competition. That's it.

That's it. And he came in 3rd while she came in 4th. I see what your saying though. I just found it odd since everyone was going in boot order then I saw Keesha ahead of Jerry. If you were to make a prediction, what numbers do you think Memphis and Dan will enter at?
